1974 Datsun Z-Series RARE 260 Best Deal

This sale is for a 1974 Datsun 260Z 2 seater. I omitted selling in an auction due to the many playing games. No one wants to be outbid at the last second by someone who just got an account a few days ago. Or the few that gang up on a listing and run it up all week only until one of them cancel their bid stating they made a mistake and the bid goes back to where they started. Then his buddy tries to snipe it. No thanks. If you like the car contact me and hit the buy it now or make an offer. I can't make it any easier.
The 260 is a unique one year only model for those that didn't know. This is an early within the first three months built car. It is a non running project I am reluctant to let go but must. It was brought to Ohio in the early 1980's from California. There is still a California Auto club decal in the rear window. It has the normal rust they get but isn't as severe as most I have seen here in Ohio.
It is an automatic car which is rare. My intent was to obtain a 4 speed auto from a mid eighties full size Nissan. Many fan sites tell what to look for and how it's done. I planned to sit back and enjoy the ride and let the trans do the work. I am older and that's just me. It was a plus being an auto as all my other Japanese performance cars are manual. I need a break.
The engine is original and has been modified with an aluminum intake and Holley 4V. Other then that looks stock. The oil is clean and cylinders were filled with oil. It has been one of my back burner projects too long so I wanted it to be ready when I did get around to it. Current motor condition is unknown as I have not made any attempt to try and start it without the proper wake up.
You noticed the non original Green hue. For some reason in its past life as you can see it was painted green metallic over it's flashy orange original color. It has a hitch. It has five matching period aftermarket wheels. I removed the right side interior door card and removed the lock and had an ignition switch key for it. The panel and a box of parts will be included. Other items to note windshield is cracked. Interior is present. Floor pans have surface rust and some rust through. May be able to be repair as my feet are not touching the ground. Rear hatch floor area is good. Hood needs metal work. I tried to photograph what I thought was important.
I am selling as is and as seen. I have a clear and clean Ohio title in hand. The miles shown are stated as original. The pickup location is Ohio 45685. I have a broker who I have worked with in the past who is fast, honest and reliable. I will be happy to forward his info to the winner.
Again, I want to be clear. This is in a non running project that requires a complete restoration. It is being sold as is and as seen. I have not made any attempt to start and run it and won't. What that means is you cannot drive it onto your trailer. It rolls fine to load. It is a 1974 and shows wear and tear consistentwith a 1974 vehicle. It has scratches paint loss and rust. There are no extra parts. What you see is what you get.
I will require a $500. non refundable deposit from the winner and must be made within 24 hours of sale ending and must be sent. I do NOT accept paypal on vehicles. Overnight (must provide tracking) or or bank wire (money transfer) must be made before you get into your truck. Doesn't matter if you wish to pay cash when you get here. Deposit must be receivedbefore you get into your truck. (this is to identify deadbeats early on in the process)
Inspections can be made by appointment while sale is live by you or someone you elect.. There will be no inspections when the sale is over. If you have any questions please feel free to email. If email concerns price I have a buy it now or make an offer.
Thank you for your consideration AND GOOD LUCK!
