It has had all premium parts installed with everything from bearings and bushingsto brakes complete with booster. The engine N-42 blockis from a 1981 280zx and marries the stock E-31 head along with a mild ISKY cam, a 5 speed manual transmission with lightened fly wheel and close ratio differential,it also includes motorsport headers leading to a awesome sounding "throaty" 2.5 Monza exhaust, it has a chrome flame thrower coil, electronic distributor, deluxe front stabilizer bar, tension/compression rod kit,new weather stripping throughout, new deluxe 1 inch thick under padding/sound proofing with stock original black loop pile carpet throughout, a Dual bluetooth stereo system, a super comfortable 13" Z emblem racing steering wheel, 15 x 8.5 vintage centerline warrior wheels with brand new 225 R-15's all around plus a professional roll bar, racing mirrors, custom removable aux driving lightsand rare locking trunk.
It has a super straight body with no rust, solid floorsand features an ultra clean interior with working gauges, (not clock) locking doors, roll up windows with good glass, very clean door panels with door pull handles (a rare left side pull handle as well) a working heater fan, strong blowingvents and two comfortable seats and that rareupholstered trunk.
This is a very unique 240z is a rocket, she's very light, very fast and cruises in 5th at only 2300 rpms with so much high end there it is not funny but thrilling!,she drives, sounds and performs even better than she looks. The car does have a nice black soft top but could use a paint job since last painted when converted back in 1986 in Sherman Oaks Calf.
