If you win the vehicle, please send a $500 deposit to our Paypal account within 12 hours. eBay is letting anybody bid, regardless of your past history. If you as a buyer have not bought at least 3 items in the last 3 months, you need to call us before you bid or your bid will be immediately removed.
We are trying to be fair to all buyers and we do not want non paying bidders bidding up cars that an honest person wants to buy, and being bid up by a person who is playing a game with our account and thousands of other accounts in this country. We want to be fair and square to all real potential bidders. Non paying buyers will be reported to eBay. We hope not to have any.Balance is to be paid by check, cash orwire transfer only. Please send us your name and phone number directly through eBay so we can work out the paperwork and delivery afterdeposit has been made. We charge $150 for paperwork and title transfer and 45 daytags are available for $18.50.

We sell all cars as-is, which means the buyer isresponsible for any and all repairs, according to the Ohio Buyer's Guide (includes body, mechanical, frame and interior). We do our best to describe all vehicles as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that opinions may differ and that it'sthe buyer's responsibility to inspect the car before bidding. We advise all bidders to get a third party to check out the vehicle if they can't make it out themselves to ensure their complete satisfaction. This must be done before bidding. When you view the pictures of the vehicle, make sure you look at them on a large screen to ensure that you can see all attributes of the car.

If the car starts and runs onto the truck, but it does not start at arrival, that is the buyer's responsibility (cars may be damaged on a long, bouncy trip). Once the car is paid for, all buyers should put insurance on the vehicle because they now own it. We will work with your shipper or you can call Mike, our shipper, for a rate at 781-763-7447 Ext. 208. We leave all buyers positive feedback. All sales are final. All deposits are non-refundable, so please make sure you know exactly what you're buying before you bid. Our shipper will get the car to you within 4 days to 2 weeks at a fair price. If you'd like to call him for a price, that would be fine.

All cars left on our lot after 30 days will be charged $18 a day and we hope we never have to collect a dime. But we don't have enough space to store everyone's car after they're paid for. It's the buyer's responsibility to pick up their car that they just purchased. Please remember we are on the buyer's side. Please only bid if you are a real bidder who wants to purchase the vehicle, and again, if you haven't purchased 3 items over the last 3 months we will remove your bid. If you're a zero bidder and you bid at the last second just before the auction ends, the vehicle will be offered to the bidder before you and you will not end up with the vehicle, so you need to call us.

Thank you for looking at our 1970 Chrysler 300 Hurst. This is one of 500 made back in 1970. We took 24 pictures of the car that are on the top of the ad, and in the bottom of the ad on the Flickr there are another 254 photos. This is a one owner car up to September of 2018, where it was purchased from the original family. The gentleman that bought the car new stopped driving it in 1982 or 83 and put it under his car port in Pennsylvania because he knew it was a rare car and one day it could be worth a lot of money. So he just quit driving it and parked it. After he passed away, his daughter at that point in time owned the car.

The car only has 29K actual miles and is all original. She had a friend, which is the gentleman that I purchased the car from, after one year of talking to her convinced her to sell the vehicle. He brought it home and with his other projects he had sitting there, after a few months he decided to sell the car and have somebody else bring the car back to life. That person was me. He delivered the car to my door straight from Pennsylvania.

I called my mechanic, and he came over and took off all 4 flat tires and wheels. He replaced them with all new tires and 1 wheel. Then he did some adjustments on the brakes so it would roll easy, and we had the car taken to his shop where he totally tore the engine apart, because he said "I'm not going to try and start a car that's been sitting for 35 years." We took off the top and heads. We replaced the rods, the lifters, pulled the bottom down, replaced the oil pump and everything else you could replace was replaced (except for the pistons and cam). We don't want to sell it to someone and have a problem. Then we started replacing everything in the engine including: valves, complete headjob, and also replaced alternator, fan clutch, water pump, rebuilt the original carburetor, fule pump, and much more. We also changed the oil 3 times. When the car started, it sounded 100% perfect.

He also, of course, went through the gas tank, fuel lines, and everything else you'd expect to do to a car that's been sitting for over 35 years. We also put on a new master cylinder, replaced the battery, and attempted to get everything working as best we could on the car. The original exhaust system was still on the car, but it was rusty, so we removed it and for $700 we could have put on an original factory exhaust system (unless someone wanted to soup it up), so we decided to just put on 2 mufflers and let the buyer decide what exhaust system he/she wants for this vehicle.

Our mechanic said that it's presently set up for a factory-type exhaust system. If you wanted to put in a different type of exhaust system, you could play with the motor and get more horsepower out of it and the car would be faster than it was from the factory. He also went over all the brakes on the car, replacing wheel cylinders and much more. This vehicle is turn-key ready to drive anyplace you need to go. The 29K miles are actual and the title is clean. Please check out all the pictures of the engine, because its really in excellent condition. This is a matching numbers car, which includes the fenders, frame, engine, transmission and anything and everything else that came with the car when it was new. I took pictures of the specs of the vehicle pamphlet that comes with the car as well.

The interior is 99.5% perfect. For 49 years old, I don't even know where you'd find a nicer one that's never been in an upholstery shop. The trunk is 100% solid. The body of this car has never had bondo on it. This car is 100% original, and has not ever been repainted. The dark gold on the car (two-tone), has never been touched up at all. The light off white cream color has been touched up by our clean up man, because after sitting for 35 years under a car port, scratches, lawn mowers going by, and more things do happen. We think his touch up makes the car look really nice, but there were nicks on the car that still could be seen, so if you're the lucky winner of the vehicle, this is how it presently looks. A 100% original car.

If you wanted to take off all the original paint and turn it into a show room car, that's your choice. But the way it is today is, once again, definitely a fantastic looking car from bumper to bumper. There's no Buy It Now price, but if you'd like to send an offer, feel free to do so. This car will be online for sale for 7 days, and the last 12 hours of the sale we cannot take it offline. The 29K actual miles this vehicle has could make it the lowest mileage Chrysler 300 Hurst edition in existence.
