This car is truly a work of art and a must have in any car collection. The Chrysler Airflow was truly a milestone in automotive development. The Airflows design was the first car to ever be tested in a wind tunnel. Chrysler spent 6 years of experimentation and full testing to evolve the 1934 Airflow, a car whose features and design were far in advance of its age. Chrysler made automotive history when they premiered the Airflow at the New York auto show for the first time. The futuristic styling is the hallmark of the Airflow. In addition to the streamlined, Art Deco looks, the car was bursting technical ingenuity.
It's features with the following equipment:
- 323ci Flathead I8 Engine

- The List goes on and on....
This beautifully restored 1936 Chrysler Imperial C-10 Airflow Sedan has been meticulously cared for. This car is an absolute must see in person to believe how beautiful it really is. It was judged and won an AACA national first prize in 1990. Even though the restoration was 26 years the car looks as if it was finished a couple years ago. To duplicate the quality of this restoration today it would cost in well excess of over $100,000. It has a beautiful paint done in its correct color of black. This is a 26 year lacquer paint that shows absolutely beautifully but upon very close inspection shows a couple small flaws. The body is solid as a rock and straight as an arrow. All the panel fit is excellent. The chrome and stainless is all new and in excellent condition and shows beautifully.
The interior is in like new, show quality condition, finished in the correct OEM cloth that looks stunning. The interior was completely redone during the restoration. With Top Notch Quality and one of the highest mechanical Standards this car makes a wonderful choice. This is the TOP of the line Airflow, as it is an Imperial, which was only for the elite. There are not many of these for sale and in the recent years one sold for $172,000 at RM auctions in Hershey in 2015 and another sold for $93,500 at Barrett Jackson right here in Scottsdale, AZ 2008.
