Description:

1965 Chevrolet Corvair Monza

Up for auction is a 1965 Chevrolet Corvair Monza convertible. The drive is a 164 cubic inch 110 horse power six cylinder engine with an automatic transmission.I listed the miles at 69000. This is the reading currently on the non-functional odometer. The car is in good condition with one or two non-functional components including the odometer and the radio. All of the lights and signals are fully functional and the convertible top raises and lowers smoothly. This car has gone through a partial restoration with many new and upgraded partsinstalled including: 1. Replaced ignition system including: Ignition coil ignition wires plugs distributor cap points rotor and an upgraded K&N air filter. 2. New fuel pump. 3. New transmission mount. 4. New brake system including: Upgraded Duel Circuit master cylinder all new wheel cylinders new front brake lines new brake shoes and reconditioned drums. 5. New upgraded two stage paint job. 6. New upgraded rear passenger seat belts. 7. Rebuilt engine heater boxes. 8. New tires. 9. New speedometer cable. Over $5000 has been spent on this partial restoration so far and the receipts are included. The car is available for local pick-up but I will assist in shipping if requested to do so. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The reserve price is very low considering all of the work that has gone into this car.The car is for sale locally so the auction may end prematurely.happy bidding!!
