1965 Chevrolet C20

This incredible 1965 Chevrolet C20 pickup is one of those vehicles that was built by a guy who was incredible detail-oriented. A machinist built it for himself, hich means it's beautifully finished to a very high standard, et the affordable price is all out of proportion to the quality. With only 1835 miles on the build, his is one of the very best we've ever seen and the sticker is shockingly reasonable. It surely won't last long. The screaming Millennium Yellow paint makes the vintage Chevy hauler look sporting and accentuates the many interesting curves and shapes in the C20's sheetmetal. Yes, his is a -ton pickup, ut the proportions are the same as a half-ton, o it looks cool but can work that much harder. Paint and bodywork are exceptionally nice, articularly for a truck, nd someone obviously spent a lot of time and effort making it look right. Many of the moldings and trim pieces were removed, roll pan was installed out back, nd the stake pockets on the bed were filled, ll of which give it a very smooth, leek look. All the bright trim that remains is new, ncluding the grille, ront bumper, ab sails, nd even the headlights, hich are modern high-output units that fit perfectly. You'll note that the bed is filled with beautiful hickory planks and stainless rub strips and the taillights are now LEDs. And while you're admiring the view from behind, ust take a moment to note just how seamless the bodywork really is; vehicles don't get this nice by accident. The interior is sumptuous by pickup truck standards and looks so bright and clean that you'll want to change your clothes before you get in. Just about everything is new, ncluding the bright white seat cover, he door panels, nd the tilt steering column with billet wheel. Underfoot, ou'll get fresh black carpets and plenty of sound-deadening material and the factory instrument panel is replaced by a custom piece with Auto Meter gauges inside. A Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo powers a set of 200-watt Undercover speakers and an 8-inch subwoofer under the seat and there are LED interior lights throughout the cabin. Just about everything is new, rom the seals and weather-stripping to the gas tank behind the seat and it's all just beautifully finished. Did I mention how shocked I am by this truck's affordable price tag?The engine is the original, umbers-matching 283 cubic inch V8, hich has been fully rebuilt with a few upgrades to make it fun. There's a mild cam inside, n Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold and 4-barrel carburetor, oth finished in Endurashine so they look awesome, lus a set of Hooker ceramic-coated long-tube headers to help make some torque. A custom powder coated dress-up kit complements the Chevy Orange engine block and braided hoses give it a racy look. Just about everything here is new, oo, ncluding the alternator, ater pump, uel pump, adiator, nd even the engine mounts. It's backed by a Phoenix 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission whose overdrive gear makes even the 4.57 gears out back seem comfortable on the highway. A custom one-piece drive shaft, YB shocks, nd a 2.5-inch lowering job make it more muscle car than pickup truck, et it still carries its original 8-lug hubs and doesn't mind carrying a load now and then. Gorgeous 20-inch Pacer wheels fill the fenders and carry 275/45/20 radials, dding just the right look.Incredibly well-finished, otally sorted out, nd ready to enjoy, his is the kind of resto-mod pickup we love most. Check out the quality, he features, nd the price, nd we guarantee you'll take this truck home today. Call now!
