Caprice Classic 5.0l V8 All Original 65k Miles 4 Door

1987 Chevrolet Caprice

Up for sale is my 1987 Chevy Caprice Classic sedan with what I believe to be 65k original miles. I purchased it from the friend of the original elderly owner in Syracuse NY this past summer and have driven it sparingly since. The original Fox Chevrolet trunk badge is intact along with the original manuals and warranty information. It has a clear carpet protector tucked under the door sills and another carpet over that. This car shows very little to no wear and is a true time capsule. Protected with Auto Armor when new and is clean underneath, especially being a local NY car its entire life. There is one spot of surface rust on the rear quarter by the marker light. Has the 305 V8 engine and 4 speed automatic transmission. Crank windows and manual locks, optioned to have A/C but it was never retrofitted to R134A and does not blow cold currently. The passenger front fender was replaced just prior to me getting it due to something falling on it in the garage and the dark brown isn't an exact match as seen in the pictures, but wet-sanding and buffing the overspray off the door and polishing that entire side of the car would blend everything together to almost new. The Goodyear Decathlon tires are what I believe to be the second set of tires on this car and are due for replacement soon. Starts up, runs and drives with no issues, and is ready for a new home. I hate to sell it but I have too many vehicles at the time and need to downsize.
