This girl's a 1970 El Camino SS Clone. She spent her whole life in El Paso, TX until 2016 when she moved to North Carolina. She's been garage-kept since the move, and due to spending her life in the desert or a garage, has practically zero rust; very rare for a vehicle this old! The 4 year-old Edelbrock carburetor was just rebuilt, and all fuel lines, hoses, and gas tank cleaned out or replaced; she runs great! This beauty sounds amazing thanks to Flowmaster headers and a choppy cam pumping out that beautiful muscle car sound from her small block Chevy V-8 bored out to 405. The interior has been redone with a new headliner, carpet, and door panels. She turns heads wherever she goes and people love coming up and checking her out. The 4-speed manual transmission and clutch both work great, and the tires are basically new with less than 200 miles on em. Selling her because I have some kids now, and don't get the chance to enjoy driving her around as much as I'd like(can't put a car seat in an El Camino), and I don't want her sitting around not being driven.
Now if you're looking for a car to drive to your Sunday School, hit the back button and keep on scrolling. If you're looking for a girl with an attitude, you've found her. Guaranteed to impress the young ladies and scare the old, this cruck may sound angry but she'll make you grin from ear to ear. This isn't a numbers-matching collectors item, and certainly not meant to sit in a garage or showroom and kept pristine. If Johnny Lawrence had driven a car in highschool, it would have been this one, and he wouldn't have lost the final fight in the 1983 All Valley Karate Championship.
