I bought this car a few years ago with the intent of building a weekend Hot Rod sports car; think an American Cobra.

the rear bumper cover was damaged, that, I replaced with an after market later model fiberglass unit.

The car has good bones, with a very dry California frame. The previous owner had installed an engine and trans from

his friend’s race car. The clutch, bell housing, and oil pan arebrand new OEM style parts.

Custom Stainless steel side pipes, with integrated glass packs.

I have been around cars most of my life and if there is anything I’ve learned is that you never can expect to get back even a fraction of what you put into a Hot Rod, or even a restoration for that matter.

I am into this car many times what I am asking.

My personal situation forbids me to continue with it. Even now the car is under a tarp and temporary shelter as I have nowhere to keep it.

If you are in the market for a crazy Hot Rod that you can mess with during the winter months or whenever. One that requires only simple tools,

and no high degree of mechanical expertise; consider this.

Ask questions before bidding.

The car is currently located in the Santa Barbara area of California.

I am willing to assist to a reasonable degree regarding shipping.

keep in mind these cars do not load on “Vulcan” type tow trucks; a trailer is recommended .
