1985 Chevrolet Camaro

HELLO PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE AD THERE IS A LOT OF NEEDED INFORMATIONThis is for a 1985 Chevrolet Iroc Z Camaro . The car had originally 44,000 miles and was in great condition. While I have had it I put thousands of dollars in upgrades into it . I paid 12,500 for the car and I have over $26,200.00 in receipts and I have another 2,800.00 in receipts that I lost for tire, Dakota Dash cluster and engine back Hooker exhaust system . I have and can send you copies of receipts and will give them to winning bidder . It pains me and breaks my heart to have to sell this car but unfortunately due to having fallen on hard times ………THE VIRUS hit my family hard and I have been unemployed for months so I really need to sell it . I moved from Pa to North Carolina In December 2019 and I have not been able to find work since moving here . I am going to try to list all that I have done to the car and the few minor things needed to finish the car . So when you read this ad please realize I have over 41K in this car and those numbers do not include any labor so I know I am going to take a bath on this but I have no choice but I want a fair auction I will not give it away . I started by pulling the entire drive train and front cradle out of the car and I put in a new Spohn tubular K member . I also put in new tubular Spohn Lower A Arms . I have also put in the following from GM PERFORMANCE AND ALL PARTS I LIST ARE BRAND NEW NO USED PARTS HAVE BEEN PUT IN THIS CAR EXCEPT FOR A 4TH GEN CAMARO PLASTIC FUEL TANK . The engine is an LS3 / 376 525 Horsepowe, 4L70E New 4 Speed transmission and torque converter . Gm NEW wiring harness for engine and transmission . A new specifically tuned for this application Engine computer and a new transmission computer . All engine brackets pump, pulley, alternato, power steering pump and A/C compressor are new and a new serpentine belt . There is a new 4 row Aluminum Radiator with ECM CONTROLLED ELECTRIC FANS . There is a new true dual Hooker exhaust system including Header, Mid Pipes and Stainless Mufflers and tips I paid over 1,350.00 for the exhaust and it sounds awesome . There is a new CURRIE rear with a 9 Inch Ford Differential with 3:50 Gears and CURRIE 31 spline axles . There are 4 Brand new American Racing Torque Thrust 2 Wheels and 4 Brand New Uniroyal Tiger Paw GTZ tires . The rear are 18 Inch and The Fronts are 17 Inch . There is a new front set of adjustable Koni Coil Over Struts installed in front and Rear Adjustable Koni Shock Absorbers . All 4 Corners Also Has New coil springs . I also installed new front Wilwood Pad, Rotors and 4 piston Calipers and in the rear all new Wilwood pad, rotors and 4 piston calipers . AS previously mentioned I did upgrade the fuel tank with a used front a 4Th Gen Camaro I got from a salvage yard but I did put in a new Delphi fuel pump and that is actually another 500.00 added to money spent . The original dash cluster has been replaced with one from Dakota digital which is made for this modern application . I have all new L E D Headlights installed low and high beams with LED Halo Rings . Inside the Car I did get a remanufactured steering wheel from ecklers and I just installed a new Kenwood stereo that does have Bluetooth and mp3 player .. I put new speakers in the dash and there is no rear speakers in this car it had a basic radio from the factory but I do have speakers for the back but you will have to install them . The car body has approx 44,000 original miles and it is in lovely condition . Is the paint perfect of course not it’s 35 years old so expect some minor and I do mean minor stone chips on the front of the hoo, roof and top of the tailgate I seen a few but for being 35 years old it is in excellent condition . I bought the car from the original owner and he never drove the car in winter . The car will show 2 owners before me because the original owner passed away and it was retitled in another family members name and then they sold it to me . I have the original window sticke, bill of sal, owners card and warranty car, welcome packet and other info as one would of gotten with a new car purchase . The interior is immaculate carpe, seats, headliner are all in beautiful condition as is also the trunk . Some of the plastics are showing a little wear but still in nice condition . This is a really nice car that you will be proud to go to cruises and shows with . If you wanted to add a big turbo to this setup I am more than sure 800 horsepower is very attainable . This car has a nice aggressive idle to it and is slightly loud but not obnoxious . I am sure that I am forgetting something but I will add to the description if I think of it but please feel free to ask any questions . Now I will list all the things that need to be completed . first off the car needs a wheel alignment badly all the suspension work was done and the wheels are toed way out so I would not recommend driving it home you really should trailer it I will take you on a short test drive if you would like . The car has no heat hooked up . Everything is there all you have to do is run heater hoses from the firewall to the engine . The A/C Is also not hooked up yet . All you need there is hoses from the compressor to the receiver drier and the condenser and run the wires to the compressor and re hook up the blower motor wires under the hood . The GM engine computer in this system is designed to run the A/C which is nice . It needs some road time and I do not know if any bugs will have to be worked out of it or not I don’t think so I put exactly 6 miles on it and it ran grea, transmission shifted great and had plenty of power . Brakes stop nice and you can definitely tell it needs an alignment . You may want to have it dyno tuned I think GM has it set pretty rich but that is up to you . The car does have wipers but there is no sprayer set up . I didn’t care about any of these things because this was going to be a summer and sunny day only car for me . The Parking Brake cables need to be installed but I do have everything you need for that . I also have a lot of extra parts I may include if the car sells for a good price . I have an extra rear bumper cove, front lower splitte, Rear Digitails L E D taillight ki, window motor, rear view mirror and many other new parts too .The car does have a Pennsylvania title but is located in Monroe North Carolina Zip code 28110 . I just moved here 7 1/2 months ago .If you have any questions or want more pictures I have a complete file I can send you or if you want to come see the car that is fine and recommended . I am not working so I am available most anytime. THIS VEHICLE IS SOLD AS IS WHERE IS WITH NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED . I expect an $1000.00 NO REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IMMEDIATELY VIA PAYPAL and Vehicle must be picked up and balance paid for in CASH ONLY unless prior arrangements are worked out . I want the car picked up reasonably quick I don’t want to sit on it for months a couple maybe 3 weeks is fine and also please note I will be away for a week starting Sept 5th and will be available after the 12th . Thanks for your reading the whole ad I know it was long but it ‘s very important .I ALSO FORGOT I HAVE SPOHN TRACK BA, SUB FRAME CONNECTOR, REAR ADJUSTABLE LOWER CONTROL ARM, AND ADJUSTABLE REAR TRACK BAR TO GIVE WINNING BIDDER .
