1981 Chevrolet Corvette

1981 Chevrolet Corvette --- 1 of 450 produced with the 50L/74N paint code Frost Beige with Dark Bronze --- The very first Corvette that came out of the Bowling Green plant in 1981 was a 50/74 paint code ca, it sold for $150,000 dollars at Barrett Jackson in 2010 -- Bowling Green Heritage Edition -- only 13% of the Corvettes produced in 1981 were two tone --- 98,553 original miles --- paint on this car is old, faded and did I sa, " old "!! I've waxed it a few times and of course that helps it look a little better ....but she has been keyed by the last owners ex-wife down both sides so those marks are there...not horribly bad but they are there !! The interior is nice with reupholstered seats...color is Camel ..dash is good as are the door panels...This car has tilt steerin, power door lock, power sea, power steerin, air conditioning and brand new Cooper Cobra wide tires. The original rims on the car are very nice. This car has T-tops with the locks that work still . ........the original 350 engine runs great and has a new Edelbrock intake and new Edelbrock carburetor ...it does come with the original air cleaner assembly that is in excellent condition....other then that it is stock under the hood...the blower motor isn't coming on right now but I will look at that here shortly ....if I were to keep the ca, I would replace the ball joints and control arm bushing, because they're old !! ...I also purchased a new vacuum canister for the headlights and it will come with the car .....the car is registered and insured and driven every now and then ..but not much !! ...no rust !! no rust !! ....no salt!! no salt !! ....no low ball offers please ...just serious inquires !! ... Title is in my name and from Colorado --- I've owned this car for almost 5 years now and have put less then 500 miles on it ......any questions please contact me !! ...shipping is the sole responsibility of the new owner ...but I can help with pickup if you're using a transport compan, etc....I'm relisting this car since a non experienced Ebayer made an offer on the car and thought it was in his hometown? ..hmmmm...anyway, if you have zero feedbac, you will have to contact me prior to making any offers on the car ....thanks ....
