Description:

1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210

For sale is my 1957 Chevy 150 2-door post (just like Bel-Air but has different trim), The car is a head turner and draws lots of attention. It had a frame off restoration about 10 years ago, (have all photos and documents) and it is still in great condition although not perfect. It has a rebuilt Chevy small block 350, upgraded to all Edelbrock performer specs for easy and reliable cruising, with new Edelbrock 1406 600 cfm carb. Rebuilt 700R4 4-speed overdrive transmission for easy freeway cruising. Aftermarket Air Condition blows nice and cold, Power rack and pinion steering, Tilt steering column, 4 wheel power disc brakes, (brakes are a bit weak and need attention) 9" Ford rear end with 3.70 gears and traction lock, 1" drop spindles in front and 2" drop springs in the rear. The interior has fully functional 1999 Eldorado (I mistakenly said Lincoln in) power bucket seats and the upholstery alone cost over $3,700 (have receipts). Custom Classic instruments gauges, I just fixed the temperature so they all work. Needless to say the body, frame, and undercarriage is rust free, there is some peeling chrome on the rear bumper. All the glass and trim are in great shape, the only parts that need attention are the rear bumper and one of the front bumper bullet guards (both can be replaced for $300). The body is very straight and there are no dents or dings, the car looks great overall and is presentable for a daily driver or local shows, but it will need a exterior respray only of the PPG Red to be a show car again, there are a few cracks and thin spots, watch the video down below, I try to show some of the imperfections up close. To try to build this now would cost a minimum of $50K or better, I was originaly asking $37,500 I'm now only asking $28,500 or best serious and reasonable offer due to my current financial situation, it is priced to sell fast so please no low ball offers! I bought the car last year and used up most of my savings, with my line of work being slow I can no longer afford to keep it... it only needs a few small things to be daily driven, my loss is your gain. Please call or text me with any questions or message me through eBay. (760) 477-323seven (Please only contact me between 10am and 8pm PST) if no answer leave a message. Thanks and God bless! The fine print... Everything stated above is to the best of my knowledge and opinion, your opinion may vary, so I strongly suggest you come and view it for yourself, hire someone to inspect it for you, or ask questions and request photos or videos that I can supply before making an offer or buying the vehicle. I'm being as honest and forthcoming as I can, but I might not remember everything so the vehicle is being sold as-is where is and there are no guarantees or refunds of any kind. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping or transportation cost. Payment methods acceptable will be cash in person (preferred), bank wire transfer or cashiers check is acceptable only after getting approval from me. I will not release this vehicle until the car is paid for in full and I am confident there is no way that I could be defrauded or scammed in anyway. so if you insist on paying in any other way then cash please be advised that there will be a hold on the vehicle until I can confirm the funds are completely cleared and from a legitimate source. If you are not okay with this then please don't bid. Of course communication is key and much of this could be ironed out between me and a potential buyer if discussed before hand. Thanks again and have a blessed day.
