This red & black 1951 Chevrolet 3100 Pick-Up truck gets the looks everywhere you go. With a LOT of restoration done on this truck along with its preliminary paint job, brand new bed, and a sharp interior, this CLASSIC 51' is an instant hit at every car show in North America! This is a private collector sell. Most work was completed by my son and I. Exception: paint job and interior paint/upholstery. PRICED TO SELL. I need the garage space! Unmolested and uncut original frame, matching drive-train/engine, and very minimal rust, and it is one of the hottest trucks on the collector market with some 1951 listed in the $30-50,000 range!

About the truck inside and out:

• Overall a very straight body, hood, and top - all rust free is minor surface rust. The paint the acceptable but not "A" show quality. It has been touch up multiple times but, again, no rust anywhere.
• Interior: newly painted dash and inside cab (black). All gauges are either new or refurbished. All work but gas gauge. New gas gauge kit needs to be installed.
• Factory correct rubber mat. Seat is a matching red fabric and is a comfortable bench seat.
• Glass is all new with only one crack in passenger side (from slamming door after new one installed). Both driver and passenger side roll up/down windows are brand new and work great.
• Trunk - brand new tailgate with chains. New "Chevrolet" stickers for tailgate. Bed is brand new with black charcoal stained cedar with aluminum splitters down the middle. It is a VERY sharp look.
• Wheels and tires: the wheels/rims are 2nd generation and are close to 20 years old. The tires are BRAND NEW and have less than TWO miles on them. COMES WITH A BRAND NEW SPARE!

Mechanical about the truck:

235 6-cylinder engine starts easily and runs strong. No muffler on new exhaust pipe that actually sound pretty good if you are looking for a deep/rich sound. Clutch feels good and the gears on the column shift easily. Truck has been upgraded to a 12V alternator which is about 2 yrs old. The truck drives and steers like a 1951 truck should! It is nice and straight but does not have power steering!

What's new (less than 2 years old): tailgate, alternator, fuel filters, battery, positive battery cable, truck glass

What's BRAND new?(less than 6 months old): tires, radiator, water pump, starter, starter switch, throttle & choke cables, rear shocks,truck exterior lettering (decals and metal chrome lettering), interior glove box
