1991 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 1500 Silverado

1991 Silverado c1500 LS Swap gmt400. Condition is Used.As you can see by the listing, I am selling my 1991 Silverado. I will try to be as descriptive as possible.
Truck:1991 Chevy. Those who are astute will say, "wait...that's a 1994 Grille and that gauge cluster does not come in a 1991 1/2 ton." You would be correct, a gold star for you. I bought this truck five or so years ago on eBay from a company and in Georgia. The truck was originally a fleet side, six banger, five speed. That would not do. It's important to note, the V6 5 speed swap was no hack job. I replaced the automatic steering column and pedal assembly with those from a correct year Silverado for a factory install.
Engine/TransThe engine/trans are from a 2002 suburban. I dissembled most of the engine (left pistons and cam in) for a cleaning/ detailing. I replaced the timing chain, oil pump, associated gaskets, cleaned heads and added new seals etc. As you can see from the pics, I have added some bling. The intake is a sheet metal unit from summit, the headers are ebay units, the coil packs and wires are upgrades, I added an oil/air separator. Overall, the engine is stock and controlled by a painless wiring harness and CPU.
Cooling:I installed a radiator from a 2006 Silverado, the larger of the two available for that year model, and dual electric fans for the same. New when installed.
Driveline:The driveshaft was custom made by a heavy equipment truck shop near me. The rear end has been upgraded to accept additional power if I had decided on a supercharger, turbo etc. The rear was converted to disc, I installed 3.73 Richmond gears and an Eaton trutrac locker.
Wheels/tires:The wheels are 17”x8" Boss. The tires are Nitto NT450 255/50 17, there is probably 90%+ tread left. Each wheel also has a complete set of gorilla locks.
Suspension:The truck has a 2" front 4" rear drop. This was done using spindles up front and hangers and shackles in the rear. The front was completely rebuilt using new parts from moog. When I say rebuilt, I mean new upper and lower control arms, not a bushing swap. The rear received new shocks and I believe I replaced the bushings in the rear leafs, can't recall. I used high end shocks all the way around but for the life of me can't remember the brand.
Exhaust:As mentioned, the truck has shorty polished headers. The exhaust is 2 1/2 and features a dual in dual out flowmaster muffler. Sounds good but not deafening.
Interior:When I got this truck the interior was trashed. I replaced the dash, carpet (installed dynamat sound deadened) headliner, visors, door panels, and swapped in some buckets and center console from a 1995-98 Chevy, much more comfortable. The driver seat is power, but the motor is a little weak. I am the only one who drives this so it does not bother me. The gauge cluster is from a 1994 Silverado and all gauges work correctly as they should, to include the oil and trans temp gauges I added. The truck does have good ac, heat and power windows and locks. The cruise may or may not work, I never got around to checking it. The steering wheel set me back a pretty penny as well. The gauge cluster has led lights so it's super bright at night. The data logger (windshield mounted) will not be included unless there is a buy it now bidder.
Exterior:The body is in overall great shape for its age. As I mentioned, the truck came to me as a fleet side. The paint/ body was going to be next on my list. It does have some bumps and bruises but overall really nice. In one of the pics you see my very manly thumb next to a rust hole. That hole is on the passenger side rear cab (it was there when I bought it). It's the only spot on the truck. I did buy a patch panel which will be included. My goal was to just fix the hole, not replace the entire corner, and the patch panel has the correct body contour. The truck is garage kept so the bad spot has not grown over the years. The truck has HID headlights and LED tail lights. I also did a tailgate handle flip kit and fixed a small dent while I was at it.
Non working items:The only two things I can think of are the cruise control, which I already mentioned, and the reverse lights. Try as I may, I can't seem to get the steering column adjusted to get both the reverse lights working and the gear selector in the right spot. I just deal with it.
I am sure there's something I missed. Overall, it's a really nice truck and I hate to see it go. Other projects/ priorities are on the front burner.
