True California Black Plate Factory SS Muscle Car

The current owner of this 1969 Chevy Chevelle Super Sport pulled it out of a garage in 2010, were it initially sat for a couple of decades. He informs us that it is a true black plate California classic that’s remained local its entire lifetime. It left the Fremont, CA Assembly Plant as an SS396 example, sold in Crescent City. It still bears the original 396 intake manifold and air filter cover, plus we have the original build sheet on file. This example underwent an extensive restoration that was completed in 2016, with about 300 miles since the build. We were informed that you’ll find all the original sheet metal with a powder coated undercarriage. This was also a factory bench seat example and it’s been cosmetically restored back to perfection, including the correct Garnet Red exterior paint.

Additionally, this 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Sport Coupe is an incredible performer on the open road with awesome horsepower and an upgraded rear end to handle all the raw torque. This is one of the most enjoyable muscle cars we’ve driven in quite some time and the immaculate, better than new condition will truly blow you away. There is not another example this impressive nationwide anywhere near the current asking price- it belongs in a prestigious collection or perhaps even a Chevy museum. Even the most discerning collector would be proud to have this one in their collection.

Breathtaking Build Quality from Extensive 2016 Restoration

Overall, this 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Super Sport is one of the most sensational builds we’ve come across in years and it would likely command well above the current asking price at auction. Words cannot describe how impressive this muscle car is in person, so you’ll definitely want to come see it in person ASAP.
