The 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air hardtop is a true icon of the open road. So when it look this nice and also has all the best road-ready features (including four-wheel disc brakes,) you know this restored V8 coupe is the one you want. This is a car of instant distinction. After all, it's hard to find a more recognizable American legend that the '57 Chevy Bel Air hardtop. But more than just a historically beautiful design, this example... has been given proper care in its restoration to really remain a standout. The Imperial Ivory paint gives the delicate lines the gloss of porcelain. And the complete brightwork package is basically an icon all on its own. The full-length trim w/tailfin insert, dual bullet-style hood ornaments, and golden Chevrolet badging signal that this VC coupe is truly the tops. The front end gives this the 10,000-watt smile that makes us all instantly fall in love, so it's great to see the chrome so bright here. Matching this shine are a new set of the classic American Racing 15-inch Torq Thrust wheels. The red interior has a great look against the exterior white. So we know you'll be rolling down all the windows on this pillarless hardtop so that others can get a good view at it, too. They made a solid investment here during the restoration, and that means plush carpeting, taut door panels, and comfortable seats. They really paid attention to detail, right down to the button-top presentation on the black textured insert on the seats. You'll love slipping behind the classic wheel that gives you a commanding view of the gauges and the road ahead. While this is absolutely vintage, there are some well-integrated upgrades. The radio is a retro-style unit with an AM/FM digital tuner and aux input for the best in modern music. And the auxiliary gauge trio mounted under the dash is a hint that you'll like what's under the hood. The bold orange paint of the small block Chevy really radiates within the dark black engine bay. This has a factory look, the 307 cubic-inch V8 is larger than anything they offered in '57. Plus, the Edelbrock intake and four-barrel carburetor add an extra dose of performance. Best of all, the way this fires up so eagerly lets you know they built this correctly. The glasspacks on the dual exhaust give it that ideal classic Chevy tune. And this one was really built to be enjoyed on the open road. That's why you have power steering, a three-speed automatic transmission, and the superior stopping power of four-wheel disc brakes. Complete with restoration photos, this is the icon that was built properly so you can easily show it off everywhere. Don't miss this all-around well-done Tri-Five. Call now!
