Nicest short bed Chevy Silverado in Texas. This beautiful little truck has just 90K original miles and wears its factory paint. Custom touches giving it a more vintage look including 18" reproduction Chevy Rally wheels with factory center caps clad with Toyo Open Country tires, solid front bumper, trim and badging delete, '57' chevy emblems. I get 'thumbs up' from truck lovers every time I take it out for a spin. The truck has had modifications on the suspension to lower its stance and improve handling and performance while maintaining the original suspension geometry. Front control arms are tubular with a total rebuild of the front suspension including new close ratio steering box, high tech steering shaft, and all front end components. Rides like it is on rails. Rear suspension lowered with custom made leaf springs. Engine is stock and runs strong and tranny shifts perfectly. Cooling system upgraded to 3 row aluminum core radiator, high flow water pump and twin electric cooling fans. Totally new, AC system; new, not remanufactured components, blows ice cold. Interior was redone in a tasteful two tone brown and cream with the bench seat custom made using durable solid and perforated thick vinyl with color coordinated seat belts. New carpets, door cards, headliner, custom console and steering wheel (will include original steering wheel for purists). Nice custom radio install including sound matting, Kenwood head unit, Rockford Fosgate amp with four Hertz 4X6 speakers sounds great. I added some nice touches such as a rear view mirror with compass and IntelliLink feature as well as remote locking and alarm. Tail lights are new and front lighting is HID housed in a custom billet grill. Nice spray in truck liner with heavy rubber bed protector on top. This little truck has does not have a door ding and wears its original paint with the exception of a tailgate respray. Original paint is a 9 out of 10 with a few rock chips on the hood and a few scratches on the drivers door; too small to see on photos. The truck is 100% mechanically sound; needs nothing.
