1963 Chevrolet Corvette

1963 Chevrolet Corvette StingRayHere is a once in a lifetime chance to buy the very last 1963 bodied #10,594 Corvette Split Window Coupe. The very last 1967 corvette sold at auction for $600.000.00 I wonder what the last body numbered 1963 split window coupe would bring at auction? The 1963 Corvette Split Window is one of if not the most desirable and sought after Corvette ever produced. GM records along with NCRS records indicate that the total production for the all new completely redesigned Corvette Sting Ray for 1963 was 21,513. The break down for production is 10,919 convertibles and 10,594 coupes. Production body numbers started on the Split Window Coupe at 00001 to 10,594, making #10594 the last bodied Corvette spilt Window Coupe built. THIS IS BODY # 10,594, built on the very last day of production, this is the last body # Corvette built. There were 325 more convertibles built then the first year Coupe body. This Split Window has a all numbers matching drivetrain with the highly desirable solid lifter 327/340 HP engine with a Muncie 4-speed transmission late production only for 1963 and 411 Posi Traction Rear Axle. This car is optioned with Leather Interior one of only 1,114 produce, power brakes one of 3,336 produced, 327/340 HP one of 6,978 produce, wood grained plastic steering wheel one of only 130 produced, power steering one of 3,063 produced and late in the year of 1963 Corvette production the back up light option was offered on only 318 cars and this Split Window is one of them. This Split Window has undergone a complete restoration including all drive train components and interior and exterior components. A lot of money was spent on the restoration however the paint is driver quality. This Corvette was disassembled painted and reassembled, as you can see by the photos the hood and head light covers are slightly darker than the rest of the car. Also there is evidence of a additional taillight on each side of the rear taillights that was a common thing to customize back in the day. I would replace the tail light panel. Also I would like to note that on the front end all the fiberglass is correct for 63 but there is evidence of a fine line going across the top of the right and left fender back by the windshield. You have to look real hard to see it. I will post pictures of these two areas along with over 80 photos listed below. I own a restoration shop and my plans were to disassemble the exterior replace the tail light panel and repaint the car correctly as everything else on the car inside and out is new with only 53 miles on the restoration. The only reason I am considering selling my Split Window #10,954 is I have found a commercial building I am considering buying. Upon viewing the photos should you have any questions please contact me by phone as my time on the computer is limited. If you have less than 50 Ebay transactions please contact me before bidding or your bid will be canceled. A $1,000.00 deposit to be paid within 48 hours of auction end and balance due within 7 days of auction end. Payments accepted are wire transfer, cash or cashiers check, funds must clear my bank before car is released. Bid to Buy and don't miss out on this once in a lifetime opportunity to buy the last bodied 1963 Corvette Split Window Coupe. Thanks Jimmy 813-393-8705
