Where do i start. Total Restoration approximately 5 years ago with many other upgrades over the past 2 years. Running out of time and room. 2 other projects almost complete. 68 Chevy Short Bed and 35 Ford 2Dr sedan. Ok here we go It was originally a V-8 Nova non SS Car was dissembled to the Shell Professionally installed DSE Mini-Tubs. Floors and Trunk top and bottom stripped and coated with por-15 and then Topped with Chassis Black. Front sub-frame was also blasted and coated with por-15 and topped with chassis black before all new bushings suspension and steering parts were assembled. Rearend was also fresh rebuild 9 in Ford with Detroit Locker 3.70 gears nodular case forged yoke and bearing caps 31 spline axles drilled for chevy bolt pattern all connected to Adjustable Chassis works Ladder bar setup with poly Bushings QA-1 Adjustable coil overs. and also tied together with DSE Frame Connectors. All new 4 Wheel Power Disk Brakes on all 4 corners including new Power booster master cylinder and lines. New fuel tank and sensor. Think that covers the chassis and suspension. Engine started out as 1970 396 375 HP with Professional total rebuild 60 over Speed Pro Forged Pistons Resized Rods and Crank and professionally Balanced and i have the spec sheet. Heads are 781 castings and were milled and ported with Bronze Guides Harded Seats 10727 and 10728 Manley Valves Harded shims and 3605D Isky Springs. Comp Cam CB 292H-10 and 1411-16 Comp Rockers and 7815-16 Comp Push Rods. 7161 Edelbrock intake and HLY-0-76751BK Holly Ultra 750 Double Pumper and all ARP Bolts through out the build. Trans is TCI Turbo 400 with 3200 Stall Breakaway Converter. B&M Mega Shifter. Interior was also a redo with Floors covered with Husmat Deadender and black carpet Seats were stripped to frames and blasted and painted with por-15 and chassis black before all new seat foam and covers. Wheels are Weld RTS 15 x 4 Front with Mickey Thompson 26x6 Sportsman Radials Rears are 325-50-15 Et Street Radials. Hooker 2 in Ceramic Coated Headers 3 in Exhaust with X pipe. P/S P/B and Vintage Air and Heat Tack and Gauges. Paint is 5 years old and has the usual ware of small nicks and scratches and painter must have used cheap clear coat because a discoloring and flaking in a few areas trunk the worst. This car is a super nice driver not a trailer Queen. But absolutely no rust anywhere. This car runs drives and sounds absolutely awesome. If you want it to be perfect it would need a repaint. but gets all the high 5s and wins local car shows regularly. I know i have forgot a lot but if you have any questions just ask.
