1955 CHEVROLET 210 SEDAN, CALIFORNIA CAR, VERY UNTOUCHED ORIGINAL, V8 CAR

Price: - Item location: Santa Clarita, California, United States
Description:

1955 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210

Very original 55 Chevy 4 door sedan. Been sitting since the 1970's. All original 265 V8, auto trans. Only rust looks to be on drivers fender eyebrow. Original chalk markings on firewall. I bought from the original owner. Been sitting in a desert environment for decades. Great project, or possible parts car. Aside from the missing headlight bucket and driveshaft, car is 100% complete. In the pictures the radiator is missing, but I do have that. Not very much rust in the car at all. The floors are super solid, and will only require very small patches here and there. It does not need floor pan replacement. Trunk has zero holes, some surface rust here and there. Passenger side rear door has some damage due to previous repair, but still very workable.
The car is really an untouched time capsule. The family I bought the car from bought it brand new in 1955. They stopped driving it in the mid 70's. "Was running when parked," but obviously it's been decades. I have no idea the condition of the engine. Just assume you're going to replace it with something more modern. Due to this, please don't inquire with questions asking if it is running, can it be driven home, or does the radio still work. It's obviously a restoration project. Would make a great restomod, restoration, gasser, parts car, etc. It's a factory V8 car.
As the car is for sale locally, I do reserve the right to end the auction early, if someone offers my asking price of $4500 or reasonable offer.
Clean, clear, CA title in hand. Currently on non-op.
I have no problem with overseas buyers, and can deliver to the Port of Los Angeles for a small fee.
