CMC is honored to be selling this 1966 Corvette Stingray Convertible 427 that just underwent a no expense spared Frame Off Concourse NCRS restoration. The restoration was completed in 2018 and the car has only 19 miles showing on the odometer. This is an all numbers matching and date code correct car. This car is also an extremely rare radio and C-48 heater delete car from the factory. Photos during the restoration prove this car to be a factory delete car making it one of a few that exist today.
the numbers matching L-72 427 425 Horsepower engine and backed by the original 4 Speed manual transmission and 4:11 Positraction rear end. All components were rebuilt to exact original standards. The car sound incredible with the factory 11:1 compression engine and Side exit exhaust.
Also a color code correct Stingray, this car still retains the original trim tag denoting this car to be a factory code 972 Ermine White with Red interior car.

Extensive Photo Documented restoration shows all stages of progression. The restoration used only original and NOS parts making this one the finest 427's on the market today. All original parts and dates were preserved. The restoration was done to exact NCRS standards using the handbook. The details of the restoration are correct down to the date coded spark plug wires, GM original fan belts, and Gm hoses. The car has the correct inspection marking on chassis and engine. This is a completely original and no hit body as well. The previous owner was so proud of this flawless antennae hole delete body that he had it stripped to the glass and clear coated. He left it on display in his collection this way for many years. Photos show this body to be a factory radio delete. All the original bonding strips were intact as well.
During the restoration, all original chrome was triple chrome plated. All new glass, weatherstripping, seals were installed. Every aspect of this car is restored correctly. The complete chassis was restored and the entire suspension was rebuilt. The drivetrain was completely rebuilt to original specifications. The paint and body is absolutely incredible. Smooth clean lines and a finish like a mirror. The car is like a new car from the ground up and has only 19 miles since the frame off restoration.
