It's upgraded with new piston rings, bearings, Comp Cams hydraulic camshaft & lifters, MSD ignition, a performance intake, and topped with a Holley four-barrel carburetor. There's even a large aluminum radiator with electric fan to keep it all running cool. Long tube headers feed a throaty dual exhaust system that sounds awesome with the tips right in front of the rear wheels. The transmission is a strong 700R4 four-speed automatic w/overdrive that has been further beefed up during a recent rebuild with a mild shift kit and a stall converter. This feeds a stout Eaton limited slip rear end with 3.73 gears for good takeoffs.
