This impala is dam near perfect in almost everyway and as close as you would find one sitting in the showroom back in 1959. This has always been a 100% rust free california car, no patch work anywhere on the car all original sheet metal on the car. Frame off restored car, frame and all suspension was all sandlbasted and powder coated, all new bushings all through out the car. Engine and tranny are the original numbers matching drivetrain and both where rebuilt with less than 1k miles on both. All the trim and chrome all throughout the car was rechromed, polished, replated. The fit and finish of this 59 is perfect. Factory 2 tone car. All new brakes and lines, gas tank sending unit, fuel lines all new. Brand new tires, polished original 59 spinner hubcaps. Original power steering car. Front grill guard. now the interior of the car is what is left as a time capsule, that interior is the original interior from 1959, never been redone and is in excellent shape thats why I decided not to redo the interior on this car and decided to leave it original to really show what shape the car was in before the restoration. Factory Dash pad is incredibly in perfect shape still, no warping, no cracks. Has a rare factory AM/FM radio that actually still works in the car. RARE factory power windows in the car(all windows work as they should), RARE factory power seat and yes it does work. Overall this car belongs in someones private collection or even in a museum. 59 impalas are hard to find and finding one in this shape is a real treat.
