1966 Chevrolet El Camino

1966 El Camino which is a show quality car that you can drive anywhere. Recently completed a frame off restoration and mild custom build, this car is awesome. The first thing you're going to notice is the wild metallic pearl paint job. It changes colors/shades looking from different angles and in different lighting, very cool, top notch paint job. The chrome on this car is show quality and some was even triple chrome plated for that super deep luster. Some tasteful graphics were added just to be a little different and all of the air brush work is buried in clear. Look at the bed, the wood grain is all hand done in paint and the screws that I show close ups of are actually hand painted (no actual screws) and the simulated rust runs are painted as well. Very talented air brush artist to be able to achieve this look, you won't see another one like it.This El Camino is powered by a performance built 1970 350 4 bolt main Camaro motor. I'm not sure of the compression or cam specs but it really gets up goes. It has a 1969 Muncie M21 close ratio 4 speed and a 10 bolt rear (not sure what gears are in it but they feel like highway gears, maybe around 3.00's). It has power steering, power disc brakes, thermostat controlled radiator cooling fan and new American Racing 15" rims and B.F. Goodrich T/A Radials. Everything under this car is new, the entire front end, heavy duty sway bar, brake and fuel lines. The interiorwas also just finished, very nicely done, very comfortable, with a few custom touches. The storage area built into the bed is opened by a popper, the control is hidden inside the car, great for chairs and stuff for cruise nights. This car has a 1967 nose on it which was done for appearance only, like the look better. Car is ready for a new proud owner.It is a hit at every show I've taken it to, everyone stops to check it out and loves it.
