Located in Monroeville NJ 08343 . Cash only at time of pickup or bank wire transfer in advance of pickup . No paypal or checks . Cash is the only thing that will buy this car . I'm not interested in any trades of any kind.
Here is a real 1969 Camaro Z28 that was part of a large estate I recently purchased . The previous owner had this car since 1976 . Mileage reads 37,910 which is reflected on the clear NJ title . The vin # under the heater box does match the vin plate on the car .
Its hard to describe every inch of an unrestored car so I will do my best here .
It has its born with DZ302 engin, born with M20 Muncie 4 speed with original shifte, bell housing and all the back drive linkage & born with BV coded 4.10 12 bolt post rear .
It also has an endura front bumpe, front disc brake, under hoo, trunk & dash courtesy light, tac, clock & center console gauge, rosewood steering wheel (has cracks, tilt steering colum, manual steering, factory AM FM radi, front & rear spoilers, rear window defogger , garnet red exterior with black stripe, black hounds tooth interior . This car was built too early to have had the cowl induction option so the hood was added by the previous owner . I believe the endura front bumper was also added beings it had its original standard bumper jack in the trunk . This car most likely had chambered exhaust beings I found parts of a used system in the guys attic.
This is an 11D build which has no X code on the trim ta, but has the yellow crayon X3 behind the rear seat as it should . I was not lucky enough to find the protect-o-plate or window sticker .
Trim tag info 52/52 713 11D
Block #386 cast K148 stamped with the matching vin on the front pad unlike the later xars which were stamped by the oil filter .
Heads #186 J318 & J288
Intake #472
Alternator #837 9K29
Distributor & carb were missing .
I did find a #4053 carb with a 702 date (yes 702) on it in the guys garage so I set it on the motor so it had something rather than nothing .
Transmission M20 P9S06A 9N547931
Rear stamped BV1119G1
Original UH radiator
Water pump #892 L228
starter #367 8L11
I'm not able to read the numbers on the exhaust manifolds , but these are the ones that were bolted to the motor when I found it under the work bench .
Still has all 4 spiral shocks on it .
Horn button is ther, just sitting on the dash .
The 2 front rally wheels are the original YH wheels . I still have more wheels to look through to see if the other 3 YH wheels turn up. If they d, they go with the car .
I also have not found the original interior kick panels or front seat belts yet or air cleaner base . I may very well have them in the 19 trailers of parts I removed from this property . If I find the, they go with the car but no guarantees that I do have them unless you see an update .
This guy was a real car enthusiast who later in life became unable to care for his cars the way he obviously did at one time . When I bought the estat, I brought everything home & tried to get all the correct parts back with the cars they belonged t, however I do still need to look through the piles to see if I can find the parts noted above . If I find them I will update the listing during the week . This car had the wrong engine in it when I brought it home and it had a factory AC unit which he pulled out of a wreck back in the 1970's & put in this car according to his cousin . As we all know the Z28's did not come with AC & I couldn't stand seeing it under the hood of a real Z28 so I removed everything and bolted the heater box back in it . Some areas of the firewall were trimmed out as needed when the AC was added as you can see and will need to be repaired when the car gets restored . Not hard to d, but does need to be done . When I was clearing the garage I found the born with DZ302 under the work bench with the original alternator & deep groove pulleys still on it . I put it back in the car so that the car was again reunited with its original engine . It will need a 100% rebuild as expected . 4 broken intake bolts will need to be extracted from the cylinder heads & a piece of the distributor needs to be pulled out of the motor when its disassembled . Nothing is bolted up tight as there was no sense in wasting time aligning & tightening things that will need to be removed again when the car gets restored . I never did find what he did with the keys for the car so all the locks & ignition will need to be changed . The heade, front valanc, trunk li, tail light panel are in decent shape & can be reused . From what I can see of the front inner fender, they don't look bad . The roof looks like it will blast up o, but there is a section about 2-3 inches long over the RH door window where is meets the drip rail that has a little rust issue all the way against the drip rail . Hard to notice unless I point it out . Also the last couple inches of the RH drip rail needs attention where it meets the quarters . I do have an old cut off roof if you need pieces from it . The rockers are good & solid from what I can see . The rocker pinch weld flange on the right front is pushed over a bit & needs to be bent back out . The floors are pretty amazing for a car that sat outside . There is about a 2" hole beside the floor plug in front of the drivers seat that needs to be fixed . There is a real thick undercoating on the floors that saved them . The subframe has surface rust as you can see . The rear frame rails & shock towers look nice . It had a bunch of junk in the trunk & the floor is very scaly so the trunk pan will need to be changed .
The hoo, quarter, door skins, cowl screen & fenders should be replaced . I do have some NOS GM parts , such as quarter panels & a LF fender and a decent used stock hood put away that will be for sale after this car is sold .
This car needs a 100% restoration & is being sold as non running AS IS with a clear title . The title will be assigned to the new owner when its purchased . It will not be left as an open title. This is a cash only (no $100.00 bills beings I got a counterfeit one the other day) or bank wire transfer payment only . No paypal or checks of any kind . Be sure you have the funds in hand before bidding . Please look over all the pics .

I no longer ship on Tuesdays because the Tuesday mail carrier is lazy and evil and Im not dealing with her . It's not worth it . LOOK OVER THE PICTURES BECAUSE THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION . READ THE TEXT SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE BIDDING SO YOU UNDERSTAND IT . IF YOU STILL HAVE QUESTIONS ASK THEM . KEEP IN MIND USED ITEMS ARE USED AND YOU SHOULDN'T EXPECT THEM TO LOOK NEW . NOS DOES NOT MEAN FLAWLESS . IT MEANS ITS AN UNUSED ORIGINAL OEM PART AS THE FACTORY MADE IT . I WILL ATTEMPT TO POINT OUT ANY FLAWS IF I SEE THEM . THERE IS NO BUY IT NOW UNLESS YOU SEE ONE LISTED. There is no MAKE OFFER option unless you see one listed so please do not send one . Items are only returnable if not as described not because you over spent somewhere else. NO SALES OUTSIDE THE USA . ASK YOUR QUESTIONS DAYS IN ADVANCE OF AUCTION ENDING IF POSSIBLE . Payment is to be made by paypal unless the item is a local pickup. Local pickup items are cash only . I am a legal registered business in NJ . NJ RESIDENCE subject to 6.625% SALES TAX. Its not my rul, its the law. I ship items USPS with delivery confirmation . I only use UPS if the order exceeds postal size or weight limits . If I have to use UPS there is an additional handling fee already added to the shipping quote to cover the fee that the UPS store charges me . I can usually combined shipping on SAME DAY (Note: SAME DAY) auctions depending on the size of the items or how delicate an item is .I do not want to have to wait an extra week to be paid for an item in the following weeks listings that you may not even win . For example I can not combined items like a rally wheel & a steering column because they can not be packed together because of their size, or a piece of NOS trim & a steering column because of how delicate trim is. Keep in mind I have no control over what the post office charges. Just remembe, if your in Californi, I'm in NJ. In other words you re a long ways away. Shipping quotes can be seen right on the auction page. Click on other options to see a second shipping option if one is available. A handling fee of $1.00 is added in on SOME but not all shipping quotes . If it has to be higher for reasons of special packaging I will clearly state it . Shipping charges are not hidden during the auction & are not negotiable . I try to list everything as accurately as possibl, however I'm human too and from time to time I miss something . In the event there is a problem with an orde, please contact me immediatel, so the issue can be resolved. auction-, auctio, from augre "to increase" --related to AUGMENT : a sale at which things are sold to those who offer to pay the most
