1963 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 2500

Up for sale is this 1963 Chevrolet factory 4x4. The original paint is desert beige over cameo white with a great CA patina. The truck is extremely solid; inner and outer rockers, bottom of fenders. The driver side cab corner has some rust in it from an old rag that had been left there. The passenger side cab corner is extremely dry. The truck is a V-8 with 4 speed manual transmission and has it's original divorced transfer case. The truck runs and drives like one would expect a 1963 4x4 would. This truck is a factory 4x4 that was converted from a 1/2 ton to a 3/4 ton with all the same era components. Recent work done includes: all new brakes, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, brake shoes, and flex lines, new carburetor, new water pump, radiator, heater core, all hoses, belts, plugs, wires, etc. Powder coated rims are rare 19.5. The tires are NOS Remington Universal Traction. There is some cracking and drying from sitting all those years. Most electrical works as it should; headlights-still has it's T-3 headlights, turn signals, fuel gauge, wipers, tachometer, etc. The interior is very clean. It still has both original decals showing how to use the 4 wheel drive. The front seat is original. It recently had clear plastic put on to protect the upholstery. The original sun visors also had clear plastic put on them. There is an amazing amount of paperwork included with the truck. The original title from 1963 and the temporary registration from the dealer are included. Registrations from 1963-1970 are with the truck including some later years. The original accessories brochure, owner's manual and sales brochures are included. The truck does have a vintage aluminum camper shell that is included.
