This is a 1973 Corvette convertible which has been made to look like a 1981 Corvette convertible which was never made.
Paint
- Ferrari Red with no orange tint, base coat clear coat
Interior
- 1981 tan leather seats,door panels,dash and complete wiring harness- Brand new 1981 windshield- Half of cowl modified for 1981 windshield wipers,ac and hood latch assemblies- 4 speed manual transmission Super T10 Original shifter,telescopic tilt wheel with cruise control,delay wipers,delay interior lights,remote electric mirrors,cassette- Brand new Tan Convertible Top with new rubber,Top is set 2" above body to prevent scuffing and scratches on rear deck when Convertible top is locked down

- Motor 1981 L82 with a mild cam- Car was built chassis up using a 1981 Motor and trans and rear end- Wheels 1982 Collector Editon Turbine Wheels- Original tires were Good Year Eagle GT's- Has now B.F. Goodrich with about 25 miles on them- Has Jim Connor suspension- Hidden electric fuel cut off switch- New 15/50 weight oil- New battery* has 2500 miles since restoration
Body Modifications using 1981 parts
* Comes with Fully restored optional hard top
- Complete nose, doors, rear quarter panels- Rear Deck was hand formed because gas tank location is further back on a 1981 chassis because of the larger back window- Fiberglass bumpers are fitted to the car replacing original rubber bumpers which become wavy and paint cracks Front and rear bumpers were gapped at the thickness of a hacksaw blade All hood, trunk, doors, head lights gaped at 1/8 inch gaps
