You are bidding on a 1966 Chevrolet Corvette convertible big block 427 (non-matching) with a Muncie four-speed manual transmission. The Corvette underwent a body off restoration in 2000 where everything was completely redone. It runs and drives as good as it looks. The 4 bolt main 427 was bored .30 and has a steel crank, high performance heads, solid lifters, gear drive timing set, and gear reduced starter. It has hooker headers with chrome side pipes and a duel feed Holley carb. It also has an Accel electric distributor. It has stainless steel gas lines that were installed when the body was off for restoration. The transmission is controlled by a hurst shifter. It has power steering and a 4:56 posi traction rearend. Bolt on wheels with Coker Red Line tires. The yellow pearl paint looks great. Both hard and soft top Convertible tops are included. Everything works as it should with the only exception being the odometer. Actual miles are unknown but the car has less than 10,000 miles since being restored in 2000. If you want to arrange an inspection or test drive do so prior to bidding. You can email me through eBay and we will arrange something at your earliest convenience. If you are going to buy a car of this caliber take the time to come look at it prior to bidding. If you choose to bid on the car without an inspection just remember if you win the auction you have actually bought the car not an opportunity to look it over.
