1974 Chevrolet Blazer

This K5 is an awesome fun truck! It had typical rust in the fenders and above the wheels so I removed the external sheetmetal skins. POR15'd the underlying structure and ordered up pre runner fenders for the front and rear bed sides from Advanced Fiberglass. The doors were kinda rough so I just replaced them with a pair of new ones and installed the blazer specific parts in them, also put on a fresh set of outer rockers. Floor is pretty solid otherwise. Fab'd upper a simple set of 16ga steel bolt in inner fenders liners for clearance and strength. The rims are 15x8 outlaws that have been sand blasted and powder coated black. Tires are 35x12.5.15 Patagonia mudders. Has a Rough Country 3" lift kit with there shocks too, then I added a set of billet 1.5 thick wheel spacers in back to get the track width matched up nicely. The motor is a '72 402 that the previous owner installed when truck was new in '74. has all the correct big block GM bracketry & mounts. It was bone stock so I slipped on a set of headers and flowmasters, added an HEI and new wires to replace the original points. Pulled covers and motor looked clean inside, new gaskets and stays dry and has good oil pressure. With good exhaust and tuning, it really runs strong and is an absolute blast to play with in the snow. The fenders and boxsides are Dzus'd on so you can pull them off and clean behind everything pretty easily. Also, I did install a set of Mastercraft suspension seats and have the wide matching Mastercraft seat for rear, these things were stupidly expensive but insanely comfortable and keep you locked in placed when "playing". The only thing that is rough working is the tailgate...its complete but the handle is broken for the roll down window. I simply haven't made time to look at it or source a different one. The top is in great shape, I just sprayed it with black U-pol and it looks great. please bid with confidence or send me some questions.
