Solid body, no rust issues, all repaired prior to repaint about 7 years ago. Rocker panels repaired/replaced along with any other rust. Solid original floors throughout. Bottom is fully painted and/or undercoated. Fully insulated interior finished in gorgeous white oak paneling, new high quality hi-back black cloth bucket truck seats from Suburban Seating Company. All mechanical and electrical has been gone through and replaced or repaired as needed. Many new parts including all new brakes, wheel cylinders, hoses, parking brake cables, etc. Front end and steering is tight, drives straight, good kingpins and tie rods, still meets factory alignment specs. New Napa HD shocks all around. Strong original 120 HP 194 C.I. engine with new Daytona/Holley Carburetor, new fuel pump, new oil pump, many new gaskets, new lifters, valves recently adjusted. Starts right up every time. Includes rare original air cleaner assembly. Newly Re-Cored radiator with heavy duty copper core, runs cool even on 90º plus days in summer. The bottom cooling louvered belly pan with side shields are all in place. New custom 2" diameter dual exhaust system with Walker muffler and dual tail pipes with Hooker stainless tips. Gas tank has been boiled and the sender is fully functional. A re-built spare sender is included in sale. All new fuel lines. Gas gauge is working and accurate! New clutch installed less than 1000 miles. Shifter works perfect, all NOS bushings front and rear. Original GM Saginaw 3-speed transmission shifts like butter through all gears, no grinding or binding at all! New Kelly Explorer Plus All Season steel belted radial tires on new chrome Cragar 15" X 7" Soft Eight Truck wheels with center caps, a new spare and jack are included. Heater core and blower fan work perfectly, new winter/summer bypass valve installed. And yes, the original horn works, nice and loud vintage tone. Updated 1-wire GM alternator installed. New Vacuum advance, new solid core copper wires, cap, rotor and correct NOS vintage AC spark plugs. Fully insulated engine box, stays cool even on hottest days. New 3-point seat belts installed. Custom Moon Eyes blues metal flake steering wheel. Fully functioning auxiliary gauges. Even the lighter element is new, although van has never been smoked in since restoration. New/NOS headlight, turn signal, blower fan and wiper switches installed. Wiper motor works fine, new arms and blades. All new bulbs including dash lights work including the dome lights! The speedometer works as it should, odometer shows 80K miles, but who knows, van is 54 years old! Lit side markers, center brake light and back-up lights with beeper installed for added safety. Van also has ultra rare original dealer installed Signal-Stat 4-way flashers, a very hard to find GM accessory. New RV pop-up roof hatch with bug screen. New high quality polished stainless steel West coast mirrors. Good original chrome handles all around with only the lightest patina; all latches and locks work fine. Door window felts and channels all replaced. Good original glass all around. Window regulars work perfect. All door gaskets are good and seal tight. Original fresh painted factory front bumper. Rear bumper appears to be from a '67-'70 Chevy van but fits perfect. New plastic splash guards front and rear. Very rare original deluxe chrome headlight trim rings in good condition. Ultra- rare stainless steel Ventshade window awnings installed. Full rear cargo carpet over 3/4" plywood subfloor. Entire rear including doors and roof fully insulated. Modern Kenwood stereo head unit with MP3, USB inputs, hidden powered antenna, wireless remote, 4" front dash speakers, rear side 6" x 9" wall speakers and a powered Clarion under seat Subwoofer included. Not too many fixits left. Body has a few nicks here and there typical for a 54 year old vehicle, roof could use re-painting, rear main seal was replaced with the clutch but has started to drip, typical of 50+ year old classic car...
