1984 Chevrolet Suburban K 2500

Pictures tell the story. 1984 Chevrolet K2500 Suburban Silverado 4WD in what looks like the original paint and interior. 350 that has been rebuilt by previous owner and there is literature for a crane cam, edelbrock intake manifold, magnum roller rocker arms and the 4 speed transmission has been rebuilt with a shift kit. Motor also has been up-graded with a Holley Pro-Jection fuel injection system ($2000) and it runs, shifts and stops very well (new brakes all the way around 5 months ago). The Silverado package includes front and rear AC, cruise, electric locks and windows and they all work, although left rear window goes down about half way and then there is a clicking sound. I never bothered to take the door panel off to adjust as it didn't bother me in the 2 years that I've owned it. Rear electric window works well and gate opens as it should. Look at the fender tag; factory dual front shocks, dual batteries, radio antena in windshield, 44 gallon fuel tank, etc... in this highly optioned Suburban. A little hard to read but it's still there.
Suburban was lifted and has rear air bag suspension, new 17" wheels and 35 inch tires. Has been re-geared for the larger tires and speedometer is correct. Custom roof rack and grill complement the look of this really nice truck. Has poly-urethane bushings, and single exhaust with a flowmaster type can gives it a nice deep sound that is not too loud.
The Holley fuel injection is fully adjustable with the control box in the glove compartment and I have driven up and down the mountain between Phoenix and Prescott AZ (about 5000 feet altitude difference) with no issues at all, towing or empty. Doesn't get the greatest gas mileage obviously but is a very nice daily driver, tow vehicle or restore to your liking, although it's nice the way it is. Has been in AZ probably since new (1st carfax entry is in 1995 in Tucson) so it has very little surface rust underneath (see pics). Paint, I believe, is original and as you can see shines very well. Interior is also believed to be original and could use a better cleaning and there are a couple areas at the top of the second row seats (3rd row is included) where the seam is weak.
I would not hesitate to drive this anywhere and personally I wouldn't "restore" it as it looks great the way it is. It is a 34 year old vehicle in original condition (they're only original once) so it is not perfect and you should not expect it to be. It has been driven and if you follow the mileage reports on carfax the odometer is probably on the 3 rd time around (200k+) but you would never know from looking and driving it (mileage on title states "exceeds mechanical limits" as it is a 5-digit odometer. Look at other ads. Dealers and private individuals are listing these for $13,000 to just about $30,000 or better. I have the reserve set lower than the bottom number as this Suburban is FOR SALE. These square bodies are becoming rare and have quite a following from collectors.
Divorce forces the sale of this and many of my other vehicles and motorcycles. Don't let the "new" ebay account concern you as I had to give it up in the divorce but my previous account had 168 positive reviews and I bought and sold Porsches, Harleys, etc... through ebay.
