Unique and one of a kind. Completely restorable, pulleys move freely but it does not run. Most of the rust is in the corners of the front fenders, light rust on frame. Garage kept for the last 15 years. The water pump for the fire hoses worked the last time it was started. Odometer reads 11,000 but no guarantee that's correct. Rear wheels locked up so it will need to be flat bedded.
