Welcome to streetdreamstexas as we keep on trucking into our 19th year in the classic and collectible car and truck business we are going to share a project that we do not have time to finish.We are moving to a 55 acre new facility over the next 30 days and it will be easier to sell this gret project. It was started by Abernathy restorations of Johnson City who is famous for Cadillac restorations. He was building it for a lady and she got tire of laying out the money. This truck will make one fine truck. The cab is painted a 1957 Cadillac Eldorado color and the fabrics on the interior seat and headliner are the exact ones used in a vintage Cadillac. The frame is done, the wheels and tires are new, it has the visor and new gauge packages installed in the dash. The truck was sound proofed with like a dynomat type product under the carpet. It comes with brand new: bed sides, front of bed, bed steps and smooth tailgate as well as a few additional new parts. It also comes with the original doors, hood, fenders, steering wheel, steering column and so on but these parts need to be restored. One fender has a fair amount of rust to repair the rest is really in very workable condition.
PLEASE NOTE: It will not come with an engine or transmission included. I felt the next owner might choose anything for this project. I do have some engines available that can be bought for additional money. 1956 Corvette 265 $1500, good running 250 6 cyl with a good shifting 3 speed manual transmission $1000 for both with bellhousing and so forth, 350 that was running but has a lower noise $600
