The truck has been maintained by a mechanic who we know very well. In the last four years, the car has seen a carburetor rebuild, new tires, and new wheel cylinders. As it sits, this is a very nice, well-sorted, fun-to-drive truck that is in need of nothing other than a new owner. Please take a look through the photos and accompanying video, as the truck is shown in much detail. Exterior: - See video with listing, as every blemish on the car is shown close-up. No damage and shines bright. - Wheels are in nice shape, just showing some minor age around the outer ring. Toyo Extensa tires are in excellent shape, and the DOT number indicates that they were manufactured in 2009. - Sills are in great shape, with just some minor chipping. - Glass and light lenses are all clear and crack-free Interior: - Black leather bench seat is in nice shape. There is a fraying seam on the driver's seat bottom, as well as a couple little nicks, but overall very good condition. - Odometer indicates 53,459 miles. We cannot be certain that the odometer indicates actual mileage, as it's a 5-digit. - Truck has lap and shoulder belts - Rubber floormat is in nice shape - Body-colored dash is in great shape. No scratching or damage. - Dash chrome is excellent Under the Hood / Underbody: - The engine is a Thriftmaster 235ci Straight-6, date stamped October 1957. - Truck runs and drives extremely well. The truck tracks dead straight under both acceleration and braking, and the brakes are excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to drive the truck anywhere; it's well-sorted. - Please take a look through the underbody photos, as it's documented in detail. Underbody is one of the highlights of the car, it looks great. Absolutely no through rust, and barely even any surface rust. No damage or anything of the sort, and no evidence of any leaks.
