Contact | Website | Ebay Feedback This is a 100% rust free California original 1977 Chevrolet G20 "Shorty" Van.
Unfortunately at the present time the engine makes a noticeable knock when accelerating and the automatic transmission hesitates to shift gears, so both engine and transmission need to be repaired or replaced.
Its current mechanical status is running, however with this type of problem it could stop running completely at any time. We do not recommend driving it other than on or off a tow truck/car carrier. Although we only drove the Van outside our gate at 5 mph to take photos, the vehicle did go into forward and reverse gears. The brakes stopped fine and the suspension seemed to be in good working order. The electrical systems worked properly when tested.
The body is 100% rust free (body, chassis and frame).The paint finish has a lovely shine. There are various dings, dents, scrapes, scratches, nicks, chips, discoloration, fading, hazing, etc. The overall appearance is very clean. The body and undercarriage are superb and the new owner will be pleased.

The vehicle comes equipped with some very good looking alloy wheels. The tires hold air however upon close inspection we observed dry cracks and recommend replacing them soon.
Due to the 5 digit odometer and the age of the vehicle odometer there is no way for us to verify the actual mileage.

This "shorty" gets a thumbs up for it's lovely original and solid body/patina. Mechanically it will need some TLC and in our opinion it is definitely worth fixing.
