1987 Chevrolet Blazer Silverado

~ No Reserve Auction -Last Bidder Wins ~

  • For your consideration, a1987 Chevy K5 Blazer Silverado, offered in this "no-reserve”auction. This Blazer is as close to a"barn find”as you could possibly find. The previousowner had it stored in his shop with his personal car collection.
Ithas a great running, rebuilt 350 fuel injected engine(withreceipt), that runs absolutely great, having only 20,000, miles on it. Thedual Flowmaster exhaustsystemsounds real mean, but not obnoxious. The transmission shifts flawlessly, as does the four wheel drive!I can't find any rust on the body and there's only very minor surface rust on the undercarriage. In fact, the undercarriage isvery, very impressivefor a vehicle of this age. The interior isvery clean. The dash has the typical cracking and can easily be replaced. Theinterior is complete and original, right down to the factory GM floor mats. The seats and carpets haveno rips, tears, or stains, absolutely beautiful. The rear panels and seating area are in pristine condition. It comes with an impressive sounding aftermarket stereo with cassette, something straight out of the '80's....!!! The A/C blows cold and the heater is nice and hot.The rocker panels are solid and under carriage is exceptionally clean. NO RUST underneath the doors. A very hard to find 30 year old Blazer in this condition........ NO squeaks, rattles, or odd noises. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this rig to New York and back, while enjoying all of the"thumbs up”!!! It tracks down the freeway at 70 mph straight as an arrow!
As the pics show, this truly is one unmolested Blazer, never wrecked, hacked, or modified, other than the upgraded stereo and tinted windows. Theengine bay is nice and clean,so clean you could eat off of it.Only minor cleaning was done under thehood in preparation of this auction. All belts and hoses appear to be fine. No fluids leaking underneath. The original rally wheels are wrapped with "Wild Country Radial XTX" tires. The spare and jack are there, clean and original. Theremovable top appears perfectand doesn't appear to have been removed. This is an easy andinexpensive Blazer to restore on a low $$$ budget.Fix a few cosmetic items, (dash, dome lightlens cover, plastic trim piece on passenger seat and minor exhaust leak), you're on your way to owning a sound investment worth close to $20,000.00 that you'll be proud to own and drive.NO DISAPPOINTMENTS................... NO REGRETShere. No hidden surprises. We pride ourselves in seeking out and listing the nicest and cleanest hard to find classic 4X4's in the great Northwest, with ZEROmechanical problems.
