Complete fresh build from front to back, top to bottom.Everything new. Currently in a great stage to enjoy it for a great hot rod or shop truck. Very reliable and you can't beat 25 mpg. If you don't like the old hot rod look and the vintage patina, paint it, redo the interior and make it a show truck. All the hard expensive stuff is done. But for me I think the truck is cool the way it is, a total sleeper. This entire build has approximately 1,500 miles on it. Get in it and drive it anywhere at 75mph with no worries. This is a very professional build, done very neatly. The underneath of this truck is very clean and looks brand new with no grease, oil or rust anywhere.

Body:

Excellent, clean regular cab short bed dual fuel tank Texas truck. Zero rust, rot or blisters with only one exception of a quarter size rust hole on the outer upper right hand side of the tailgate. Only due to an old metal dealer emblem that was installed from the factory.

Interior:

All original with the exception of a brand new dash pad. This is a factory power window, power lock tilt column truck which all work excellent including all dash lights, dimmer switch, cigarette lighter, etc. No radio but all factory wiring is there. This truck also has the rear speakers installed in the cab corners. It is a 4 speaker system. All speakers have been tested and they all work.

Motor:

This is not a junk yard motor that someone just threw in here. However it is a 5.3L LS motor out of a 2004 Chevy Silverado that was completely torn down, overhauled and rebuilt. All new bearings, seals, valve job, mild cam, coils, plug wires/boots, headers and they are wrapped, stand-alone wire harness etc.

Engine Bay:

New HD radiator with new dual electric fans. New AC condenser. New master & booster. AC not currently connected just need compressor and AC lines.

Trans:

4L60E overdrive. Completely overhauled with shift kit

Rear End:

Out of a 2002 Chevy Suburban completely rebuilt. New axle seals and bearings. New Richmond 373 ring & pinion. New posi unit, new Moser axles.

Exhaust:

New 2 ½ inch Mandrel bent Hush Thrush mufflers. Sounds very similar to the Flowmaster 40 series.

Brakes:

Front-New pads, rotors, bearings, seals, calipers & hoses

Rear-New drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, hardware kit.

All new brake lines on the entire truck.

Wheels/Tires:

Complete set of matched rally wheels with complete set of beauty rings and center caps. Tires are tall and wide in the rear and slightly narrower and shorter in the front. All tires have approximately 80-90% tread life left on them.

Suspension:

Front-New shocks & springs in the front. New Idler arm, pitman arm, center link, ball joints. New heavy duty sway bar, sway bar bushings and stabilizer links.

Rear-New leaf springs, shackles, hangers and shocks

Misc.:

All new engine mounts, trans mounts, cross member, drive shaft, passenger fuel tank. New electric pump and sending unit. All new braided fuel lines & trans lines with AN fittings throughout entire truck. All new door weather strips, window c channel weather strips and all wing window weather strips. Both wing window lever assemblies completely rebuilt and replaced. New front & rear bumpers. Some new chrome. New front parking light assemblies, front lower bumper valance, heater core & wiper motor. Wipers work on all speeds & delay mode along with the squirters.
