this car has no title, it is to be rebuilt and restored, needs a good deal of sheetmetal, but sheetmetal is readily available for these old classics, last driven in ga. or s.c. has a window decal from 95, if this was a ga. car I think it would be easier to get a title, in sc it takes a little while maybe 6 months to a year after title search by highway dept, but its not expensive, just time, this will give u time to fix this old car up, this old car will be a no reserve, this car must be picked up,,no motor or tranny, but plenty of other parts including all seats, vinyl top trim, windows, drive shaft, it has a good hood and firewall and nice grill and really nice bumpers

in most states u can apply for a lost title, here in s.c. u can get one inexpensive, just tim, just go to the highway dept and they will put in to Columbia a lost title search, they are checking for info if car had been stolen, altered, salvaged and etc,,it will take sometimes 6 months for them to get back with u, then they will send out a rep to check the car and verify the vin number, then it will take a little while longer and u will get the title if nothing is found wrong, I don't know about Georgia, I have heard that certain cars based on their age, u just need a bill of sales, but don't quote me on that, research for yourself thanks
