VIDEO https://youtu.be/zlXRxZqK588 1964 Chevy Impala 4 door hardtop sport roof. 60,000 original miles, fully loaded all optioned factory 409 car. This car was special ordered and purchased new by Cecil Miner, owner of Park N Eat pizza burgers in Granite City IL built right here in St. Louis and has spent it's whole life here.I have tracked down Cecil's children, who, through pictures confirmed that it was indeed their fathers car. I also talked to the second owner. He purchased the car from Cecil in 1965 with approximately 1,200 miles on it. He purchased it as a second car, and rarely drove it. It was always garage kept. He moved to Florida sometime in the late 80s/early 90s and put the car in a storage unit paying a friend to stop by once a month to start the car and move it in and out of the garage to keep everything moving. He owned the car for 43 years, but with the vehicles caretaker getting older and him living so far away, he regrettably sold the car in 2007 to the third owner with approximately 58,000 miles. That's when I found the car, in the third owners barn, with only around 2,500 miles more put on the car since 2007. He kept it in the barn for the last 10 years only driving it on nice days to the occasional car show or ice cream run with his kids. So, now you know the story, now the car. It has been professionally inspected and appraised. It has been verified that this is in fact a numbers matching factory original 409 car in #2 condition only requiring minor interior/cosmetic repairs to be a #1 car. 340hp automatic, 4 barrel Rochester, AC, PS, PB, Tilt, seatbelts and all trim options. Car has been serviced and tuned up, fluids changed, new spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, points, and new battery. All brakes have been redone and car runs and drives great. Everything works as it should. There may have been others like it built, but I have not been able to find one, and we truly believe this could be the only one that still exists. It would be a great addition to any collection. Overseas buyers feel free to bid. No zero feed back buyers unless you contact me first. Buyer is responsible for shipping.
