Nice Driver Solid Car! goes down the road real smooth. Newer Crate GM Engine (3890 miles) 4 BBL Carb. HEI Dist. Transmission 700R4. (been rebuilt). 10 Bolt Camaro rear end is used, rebuild drive line. Camaro front clip. Power Disc Brakes front, Power steering. Ice Cold Air Conditioning. Aluminum Radiator with mechanical steel fan (runs cool). Duel exhaust sounds good (needs new tips). Drum rear brakes. As seen few mild custom touches Nosed & Decked rear and side emblems removed.
Interior done few yrs. ago in Red & White pleat vinyl on original bench seats, New Floors front and rear installed, then Dyno Mat with New Double Loops GM Red Carpet with insulation pad, was installed. New original style Head liner installed (Carpet & headliner installed last couple months).Tilt steering column with a original 55 Steering wheel (cherry one). A/C is mounted under-dash~Ice cold. Original Dash in touched, Factory AM Radio (not connected). Window frames original. New Dome lite. Electric Wipers are installed. All Gauges work as do lite's & turn Signals. 4 Seat Belts in Red.
Body very nice Has' paint issues Primer is bleeding thru white base coat (not clear) Some minor blemishes in Torch red paint, paint could be correct. or drive as is. Car Looks good these items only bee seen up close. Trunk floor is solid no holes, Original style Rubber mat. Black-upholstery material around sides and back of seat.. has spare w-cover.Stainless is in very good cond. could use a polishing, 2 minor dings on drivers door piece, 1 minor or right rear molding.Custom front & rear Bumpers holes filled and chromed One Piece California style.Front grill need to be replaced its pitted (Carlsbad dew did it in) ... *Please enlarge photos one can see car better*New Wheels by Wheel Smith there Smoothies wheels with Stainless Steel baby Cap's & Smooth rings, last 2 months.
This is not a show car but a very nice car. 55' Was featured on front page of local new paper last weekend at the Lake Havasu AZ.Run to the Sun Car show!
