1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS

For sale is my toy for the past 5 years. Originally a 396 SS but was upgraded by the previous owner to a LS 6 454 block which was stroked to 496 inches of pure fun. I had the top end rebuilt last year with Edelbrock aluminum heads, new comp cam, push rods, lifters. This year I added a new holly 850 and QA1 coil overs in the rear and Hotchkis suspension front and rear, Yukon rear axles. I few years ago I had 3:08 gears in the the back with a wide ratio M22 rock crusher, all rebuilt with a new clutch and pressure plate. Now there's still a ton of power off the line and you can still do 65 at about 2300 rpms. Optimum red battery, pioneer stereo with bluetooth and a kicker sub in the trunk. I was told that 65% to 75% of the paint is original. It does have it's chips but no dents. All gauges including the tach and clock but the amp and temp gauges were disconnected for the upgraded gauges under the dash. 3 years ago I had new rims and tires put on the car so I could put wider ones on the rear. I wanted them all to match, not to have the front one look worn. Also replaced was the starter, alternator, water pump. Doug's long tube headers with Magnaflow exhaust. I'm sure I'm missing something. Premium gas only and Valvoline VR-1 race oil. This car is a lot of fun. Had back surgery this year and I need to get an automatic or I'd never sell this. I don't have to sell it so don't low ball me. I won't even respond. I am not looking for a trade either. This car draws a lot of attention and is very very fast. I'm guessing somewhere around 550 hp. Carb could use a tuning and maybe one day front brakes which are power disk. This car is for sale locally so reserve the right to end this auction at anytime. Thanks for reading !!
