Description:

1965 Chevrolet C-10

This truck was an equipment vehicle for a fire department for many years and has never been in a barn or out of service and has been well maintained since new. I rebuilt the motor about 5,500 miles ago and runs better than new because I put an electronic distributor in it. I have the points distributor if you want it and any other parts I have for the truck. The seats are in good condition and now have seat covers to keep them in good condition. This truck had 37,000 miles on it when I bought it and now has a little over 57,000, so I've put 20,000 miles on it in the 8 years I've owned it. I have had 16 foot boards inside and still close the doors in the back. It will haul a big load also because it has overload springs, not like 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton trucks which have cradle frame rearends and coiled springs. The only bad is the head linner fell down and I have not replaced it. and the horn has just recently stopped working. Check the value of this truck on NADA, It goes up every year. Was $24,000 top value 8 years ago, now $33,000. That's better than buying a new one and losing half its value as soon as you drive off the dealership lot.have any question just ask. No reserve
