Description:

1967 Chevrolet Camaro

We have a very cool, well built 67 Camaro for sale. It has the best of both worlds. Very powerfull, but very streetable. Engine is a pro built 383 pump gas small block with all forged internals, Edelbrock aluminum cnc heads, solid roller cam and valve train. Demon carb, Aeromotive fuel system. Complete MSD ignition system. Large lemons headers, large aluminum radiator and the list goes on and on!
4spd Borg warner Super T- 10 trans with liberty gears, aluminum driveshaft, blowproof bellhousing, ram clutch, Hurst super shifter 3 with reverse lockout and a line lock button on the shifter.
The chassis consists of a stock front subframe that is welded into a 2x3 back half frame with leaf springs, lakewood shocks and Comp engineering slide a link traction system. The rear end is a Moser 12 bolt with 35 spline axles, spool and 4.10 gears.
Custom 2-1/2 exhuast with H pipe and full tailpipes. Line lock in the braking system. Custom made gas tank (not a fuel cell) with rear sump and yes it has a gas gauge!
Everything works on this car as it should like the lights, wipers, heat, turn signals, flashers, dome light, emergency brake, speedometer, horn, gauges, etc. It does not have radio. It has a delete plate.
The body is straight and the base clear paint is very nice. The interior is very nice and yes it has a back seat. It is a shorter than stock to accommodate the large wheel tubs for the very large Hoosier rear tires.
Lots of recent expensive upgrades like paint, carpet, front and rear bumpes, new tires, exhuast, front drilled and slotted disk brakes. Optima battery, etc.
Overall, this is a raw bad ass hot rod with lots of power that is still very driveable and runs very cool. This car is well detailed from top to bottom.
This Camaro has all the necessary items required by the NHRA to be race legal.
Please come and inspect this car in person before you buy. This is a 50 year old used car! I have done my best to describe the car, but it has been driven. There may be some small blemishes, imperfections, chips, etc. that can not be seen in the photos.
