BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
1961 Chevy Truck thats been an AZ farm truck for many
yrs. Several yrs back someone installed a 67-72 bed.
Also the RF corner a few yrs ago had a minor smack.
Hence the different grill, hood and fender install.
It ran well up till about 6m ago when the last owner
decided to install an electronic distributor, its not run
since. When we got it, the distributor wasnt at TDC, so
we lined it all up, but the battery cables were junk.
Going to try to put some good cables and battery in it
Monday and get it running. Basically so its easier to move
during transport. I seriously doubt anyone is going to keep
this engine in this when they redo it.
Brakes feel fine. Needs alot of resto, but overall a very
solid truck for its age.

Read below for more details and pix !
We can help get it shippedfor a fair price too anywhere.

DONT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE THE FUNDS IN HAND, apparently some people
who use ebay arent smart enough to understand the rules.
So if you have under 10 feedbacks, Ill be emailing you if you bid to
make sure you are legit, if we do please reply or we will cancel your bid.
These cars are getting harder to find esp in this condition
that are still affordable to most buyers.

DRIVETRAIN: this truck has what I believe the original straight 6 in it.
It ran up till a few months ago as mentioned above. Trans and clutch
felt fine too. Brakes work okay also. More then likely the motor will
be swapped in the future for a V8 Im sure along with the trans.
Clutch, 4 spd trans with granny gear, and brakes feel fine. Its very original
and unmolested under the hood for the most part.
Tires on the 15x8 Ralleys are nice.

INTERIOR: take a look at the pics, the interior of this car is pretty well
worn out and probably the first thing you would want to repair. Fix the
interior and take care of all the mechanics and drive it the way it is.
Dash for the most part very original and not too much modded here
other then the radio I think. Gauges all factory. Gas tank was cleaned out
about 3 months ago. Floors have minor rust for a truck this old, mostly
by the pedels and rockers, rest of it looks solid, esp the cab corners.

EXTERIOR:the body pretty straight for its age,
It has some dents around the body, but nothing huge.
Will need the front end sheet metal sorted out..
IF IF IF you want some correct fenders for this truck and
YOU WIN IT, I may have a nice set of used correct REAR
fenders for the truck I could give with to the winner, BUT
ID HAVE TO REMOVE the current 68-72 rear fenders in
exchange. SO let me know before you bid if this may interest
you.
Rust is pretty mild and the rot anywhere is minimal too
PS flat door glass is cracked, the rest is okay..
ALL the rubber gaskets are toast of course..
Wood in the bed looks to be original from late 60s.....
Its a builder AZ truck, nothing restored here.

SUSPENSION:the suspension looks normal from what I can see .. but old.
We heard normal old weird noises clunks while moving around to the store.
Works okay as is, but Im sure will need repairs due to ite age.
Cool yr with a Torsion bar front and Coil rear set up.

Minimal rust under the car, making taking this car apart, almost a breeze !!

Check out ALL the pics below ----->

it may take a full minute for them all to load ifyou have a
slow connection, so be patient AND looks for the extra scroll
bar on the right side.
Az gets maybe 12" a yr of rain and Az very dry climate.

There you have it, probably The BEST represented 3100s on Ebay.
Shows you all the good as well as any bad, hope you appreciate them.
We put a lot of time and effort in marketing our cars and it shows.
People wait months for a car this solid to come up for sale
and even if you have to pay shipping to your area, it still beats
paying a body shop to hopefully fix a rusty car for weeks on end.
Having as much as the original steel on a restored car these days
speaks volumes.
Also, if you buy a car thats been "restored", who knows what sort
of surprises are hidden under new paint or thick undercoating.
People are flipping cars all the time when most of the jobs are
fast, for a quick buck and quality suffers.

Email us with ANY questions before you bid please
Our Impeccable FEEDBACK speaks for itself. We show you as
much feasibly possible via pics.
Dont let auctions withlittle to no pics try to fool you.
If they cant take the time to take pics of areas under the car they
are selling, maybe its not the best car to buy long distance.
With other auctions, you really dont know what to expect
until you take the car apart. While we go over our cars ALL OVER
with great pics to help making your decision easier.
Along with ANY other questions you may have.
