1966 Chevrolet Impala SS

We are selling a very nice 1966 Impala real SS convertible. This is the Ebay 'deal' of the week. The vin # tells us it is a real SS and was built in California. This car spent most of its life on the west cost. It spent many years in the state of Washington. We purchased it from a retired couple who owned the car for many years and spent many thousands of dollars going thru just about everything on the car. They gave me a pile of receipts. There is a receipt for almost $4,000 for the rebuild of the 327 V8 eng. I have put up pics here of the dyno paper of it showing 350hp. There is only about 2000 miles on the car since all the restoration work was done.
New transmission cooler lines, ew master brake cylinder, urned break drums, ew pads, ew radiator and hoses, ew water pump, ew fuel pump, ew Chrome 120amp Alternator. headers. New shocks, prings, heel seals, tabilizer bar, ushings, rake hoses, nd front end alignment. Updated the transmission to a rebuilt Turbo 350, ith Hurst floor shifter. The interior was redone to a great custom look as you can see in the pics. A new convertible top was installed a few years back but still looks great, ith no rips or tears. New sound system to include a Alpine AM/FM/CD under dash. The dash was not cut and a wood cover was placed to cover the holes were the original radio was. I do have a radio given to me by the last owner, hich I believe to be the original. It goes with the sale. New Eclipse speakers installed in door panels, clipse 12 inch speakers installed in the box in trunk and JBL 600 watt amplifier in trunk. All professionally done. The car has a new Flaming River Tilt steering column and new wood SS steering wheel. It just goes on and on. Lots more in receipts. Car shows just over 94,000 miles and we believe them to be correct, ut we sell everything exempt and over. The federal law says anything this old is exempt and that is what it says on the current title. It now has a clear Pennsylvania title as the retired couple I bought the car from moved from state of Washington to Pennsylvania .
The cars paint is base/clear Gun Metal Gray and shows very nice. The chrome is very nice. Nice tires with very nice set of American Racing wheels. Nice solid car both under and body. May have aminer paint chip, cratch, r imperfection,is not perfect, ut could easy win trophy at your local show. Runs and drives great. sounds great. Has that little rumble to it. I have driven the car over 100 miles and no problems. Drive it home. Please come or send someone to look at the car. We welcome you to do so. We will put it up on a lift for you if you like. If you are a N.Y. state individual we will have to collect N.Y. sales tax based on the county you are registering the car in, ecause we are a N.Y. license dealer.
