Garrett Classics is proud to showcase this classic '79 Chevy Camaro Z/28. This unique Z wears its original paint & recently (December, 2014) underwent an extensive $5,000+ professional service & refresh mechanically with verifying receipts from CARRS Corvettes & Customs in Plano, Texas. The car has a hand-written mileage and maintenance log from brand new in 1979 into the 1990s. The car was in a lengthy storage with it's original owner from 1991 until 2014, the current owner bought it and refreshed it to its current condition. This one is a pleasure to drive and runs very well. Earlier in its life, a performance built 350 4-bolt block was installed along with headers and increased cam, carbureration. Be sure to play the special road test & tour video HERE. . Enjoy the presentation and feel free to contact Dave at 214-213-7072 or Maris at 214-616-2317 with any questions.
Clicking on any of the photos will also bring up an extensive photobucket photo album of this Camaro. Thank you!
The paint & body are in exceptional original condition. The unique Z/28 colored decals are bright and intact. The paint has a great shine front to back. There is some fading along the fender edges, see photos. Also the plastic grille assembly is cracked. Although not perfect, this is a very nice survivor-type Camaro with just over 73,000 original documented miles.
