Custom built 1952 Chevy....body is mounted on a 1985 Chevy 1/2 ton 4x4 short bed full size truck....engine is a 4bt Cummins turbo diesel matched to a gm sm465 and 205 gear drive...axle ratio is 3.07.....those are her stats...
Now for the story.This is a daily driver truck.She'll run 70+ and that's been verified by Missouri state highway patrol.Lucky for me he was more interested in a personal car show.Amazing fuel millage and dependability that only a Cummins diesel could do.You'll find it hard to keep your foot out of it as the 5" stainless steel stack gives this old gal a commanding sound.This is not a rat rod,its a daily driver that gives you the look of old school without the breakdowns.Drives tight,brakes perfect,and gets 20 a gallon or better depending on your inner child.Fly in and drive it home with confidence,assuming you can drive a manual that is....or have it shipped.This is the first of several builds so if you are out bid there will be more on the way,though this will be the last Cummins diesel for a while...very expensive engine.Anyways I've put almost 3 thousand miles on her since completion.Winning bidder to make a $1000.00 Dollar deposit at end of auction and remainder within 2 weeks.Truck can sit until you make arrangements after paid in full for as long as you need.I will assist in anyway I can......questions or concerns shoot me a message
