1969 Chevrolet Corvette

Up for auction is my fully restored 1969 Corvette. This vehicle was purchased by myself and my father several years ago with the intent of restoring it for him to drive. Unfortunately, is health did not allow him to enjoy the vehicle and it is now in my care. This car received a complete frame off restoration that was completed in the summer of 2013. The goal of this restoration was to get the experience of driving a brand new 1969 corvette so everything was redone or replaced. Minor details such as seat belts and knobs were not overlooked on this car and the quality of restoration is evident upon first glance. Countless hours were spent creating a beautiful restoration from top to bottom that will not disappoint any corvette enthusiast.
The car is a true numbers matching 350/350 hp manual car with a 3:55 rear end and side exhaust. We received the car with no exhaust but it did have the correct holes and fender cuts for factory side exhaust and I have the original tank sticer but its age makes it difficult to read. The suspension was rebuilt using new bolts and rubber bushings. The entire drivetrain was rebuilt to accommodate modern fuel octane and lubricants while maintaing its stock appearance with correct block, eads, ntake, istributor and carb. The body appeared to have never been hit and was restored to better than factory specs including replacing the headlight support to avoid any potential rivet swelling that may have occurred from the factory support. The paint was done in a urethane base coat/clear coat system by Dupont and NCRS paint chips along with 14 different spray outs were used to ensure the car is a correct Riverside Gold the clear was then sanded smooth and polished to a mirror finish. The interior was restored completely using Al Knock complete dash, onsole, indshield frame, oor panels, eat covers, eat foam and carpet. The car has all new glass and top that is correct and date coded to the car. All trim was replaced through Corvette Central or Tracy Performance and all electrical was replaced through lectric limited. This is a brand new car and needs only gas to be enjoyed. I have put all 1600+ miles on this car and I have had no problems with it in city driving or on the freeway and the car handles great even with factory redline tires. The car has never overheated in bumper to bumper traffic and everything works on the car except the clock which just stopped this summer and is an easy fix.
This is truly a great car that was restored with not only skill but passion for the vehicle and will bring its new owner a great deal of pleasure.
