1970 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Orig LT1 350 Rare Turbo 400 Real Deal 60K Orig

1970 1/2 Camaro Z28 - REAL DEAL - Has it's original matching number LT1 350 motor. I took the original LT1 350 motor out of the Z28 and disassemble it, to the best of my knowledge the motor was never taking apart, so it still had all of it's correct LT1 parts inside and that's the main reason I pulled the motor out and disassembled it. The motor will need to be rebuilt but I really didn't see anything majorly wrong with it, all the rod and crank bearings looked fine, but like I said it will need to be clean up and rebuilt. I have everything for the LT1 motor, all the correct parts and hardware. In my posted pictures you can see when the original LT1 350 was in the Z28 and you can also see the picture with the LT1 350 taken out, the Turbo 400 Automatic is still in the Z28 with the 6 bolt torque converter. I'm not sure what will need to be replaced when rebuilding the LT1 350. In my detailed posted pictures you can see the stamping of the prefix letters, date code and partial vin number on the passanger side of the engine pad just below the cylinder head, that matches the vin on the dash that is posted too. The Z28 has been in a inside storage building since the early 80's and has not ran since. The LT1 350 was full of oil and has been that way all those years when stored. I have all the original California smog equipment. Many years ago Jerry Macneish Restored the original rare CA emissions control Holley Carburetor and the LT1 350 Aluminum intake Manifold. All the parts have been stored inside the for safe keeping, also have the complete dual snorkel air cleaner with the chrome lid that is in good shape. I do have the original receipts from Jerry Macneish when he restored those parts.
The Z28 still has the original floor mounted gas pedal that only came on Z28's along with front and rear sway bars, 12 bolt 3.73 posi and the high red line tach, front disc brakes and the rear dual exhaust hangers and the original extended Aluminum bump stops on the front suspension, Z28 only. Has it's original vin sticker in the drivers door along with the original vin on the dash. This Z28 is a pretty unmolested car.
Has it's rare correct Turbo 400 Automatic Tranny with it's original 6 bolt stall converter and shift kit. Still has it's functional reverse lockout. The Turbo 400 Automatic tranny is still in the Z28 along with the drive shaft.
The original 12 bolt 3.73 posi rear end is still in the car with the rear sway bar too.
The original color is Daytona Yellow with Black stripes. A good part of the Z28 has it's original Daytona Yellow paint. Overall the body looks to be pretty straight for it's old age. Of course it has it's small dings and scratches, ware and tear from old age. The Z28 is pretty solid overall, it's a little scaly and surface rust in places and some small rust holes but nothing to major and you can see all of this in my detailed posted pictures.
The Black interior is in pretty good shape for it's old original age, it shows some ware. The headliner is coming down in some places because of the stitching coming apart. Has buckets with console, factory tach and gauges, original Radio and steering wheel, also has a old 8 Track in the center console from back in the day. It's very possible you could find the original build sheet somewhere in the car because of it's originality.
Have the original spare rim and tire with the nipples still on the tread like it was never used, have the complete jack too. Has the correct style Z28 rims and the tires are in fairly good shape. To the best of my knowledge the Z28 has 60,000 original miles.
This is a very desirable 1970 1/2 Camaro Z28 with the very popular Daytona Yellow paint with the Black stripes. This also is a great investment. These 1970 1/2 Camaro Z28's are really going up in value.
The Z28 has been in Tulsa Oklahoma most of it's life and sold new at Bill White Chevrolet Co. in Tulsa Oklahoma. It still has the Bill White dealership emblem on the rear trunk lid, I also have the original cardboard temporary license plate tag when the original owner drove it off the lot when it was brand new, I have never seen those kind of plates, great old documentation.
Clean Title in hand.
