Phenomenal truck fresh from a complete restoration. Restored and vastly improved with a fuel injected 350 V8. The 350 Vortec was pulled from a '97 Suburban. With a quality engine swap like this you get a lot of bonus equipment. Not only do you get the block but the serpentine belt as well. Which means now this classic truck has Power Steering, AC and a on board computer regulating your fuel. The front end was completely rebuilt and now has power DISC brakes. The body and paint is show winning quality. I love the attention to quality in the rear end with boxed in bed rails and the "hidden" tail gate hinges which looks so right with the roll pan. New flawless blond wood bed with new metal flats just works so well with the paint. All these superlatives and I still haven't gotten to the interior or the driving characteristics which are both top notch but driving is funner than upholstery so let's save that for last. All new interior! Bench, Carpet, Door seals, Door cards, headliner, dash pad all new and crisp and clean. Very pleasant place to spend some time even in the summer heat thanks to the AC. Excellent wheel feel thanks to the high quality leather wrap and added bonus of tilt wheel. Excellent chassis, suspension that handles the power of the Vortec. Driving - get ready to grin. Talk about packing a punch, not overly rowdy but gets with it. No hassle start up due to the fuel injected 350. The motor was pulled and not rebuilt which after driving, I get it. Just doesn't need to be done. The transmission a 4L60E from the same Suburban was rebuilt completely. This truck scoots down the road and 3.73 gears are the perfect match to the power train. New tires with the white lettering in. If you want a little extra pop, spin them around for white letters out. In short, it's a tight truck that has been restored with attention to detail and quality. It is well sorted and ready for the next owner to enjoy. Contact Shep at 208.721.1973
